refusing to sell food in drive thru to a diabetic. told to order from uber... almosy didnt make it home. your not just risking my life but if i pass out and crash into something thats on you as well
The absolute worst Jack in the box around. I have never seen so little care put into fulfilling orders let alone just getting them correct. The first time was a simple mistake, a missed addition to a burger...but the second time, the whole order was wrong. Seriously, the whole thing? This had to be on purpose. If you hate your job this much, quit...don't take it out on customers. You're a customer somewhere, and you would expect better than this.
Fella on the window today needs a little more training we gave me exact change and it really messed him up. kept trying to give us more change more money back than we needed finally, my husband got out of the car asked him for his money back and he explained to him how he paid him the other people in the Drive-Thru were very upset. husband said," now you have the right amount of money we don't get any change you give us the hot food we drive away happy." They were super nice but my order was messed up bad.
We’ve eaten here a few times here and there, it’s normally just okay. Today sucked- I asked for extra taco sauce (actually thinking that they still have the packets) and three of the tacos were completely drenched in sauce, it was so bad the bottom half of the packaging had red sauce spilling out of it. They weren’t edible. No big deal, it’s only a few bucks but kind of seems like it was on purpose.
Very good, wished they would reopen their dining rooms though (thus the subtraction of one stat).
There's always a reason this location cannot take my order , Today it was they were resetting their registers , it would be atleast 15minutes if I wanted to wait .
As far as fast food goes, Jack in the box usually takes a little bit longer then some of the other day food chains and there is a good reason for that. Jack in the box does not make your food until it's ordered, the fact that they are able to turn it out as fast as the do should be surprising to everybody who goes there. This particular jack in the box has never once let me down. The food is always good and the service is always friendly and professional. I do wish they would fix the drainage issue, but it is Lakewood lol.

I've never been disappointed by this Jack in the Box, and I have ate there quite a bit. The lady I usually get through the drive through is always so nice to me. Also, they have never forgotten anything or messed up my orders. If that's not a 5 in my book I don't know what is. Side note the food always tase bomb too!
