online it says 24 Hours but we got there at 9:45 pm and they told us that they were closed. Who closes at 9:45 even though it says that it’s 24 hours?? that’s false advertisement. The crew is rude with how she told us that it’s closed and they did took the order of the first car in front of us we were the last ones. It really disappoints.
The worker at window was not firing on all cylinders. He had difficulties totalling up my order, handed me recept with cool whip on it. I asked him to fix it, he took it and didn't give me another. He then gave me a milkshake with cool whip oozing out the dome. I shoved it back into the window telling him to fix it. The dude asked his coworker "what's wrong with it"? I told him he'd better clean that off & if he didn't Ike his job, he needed to quit.
I just got my order of tiny tacos and curly fries the tiny tacos were thrown in the box with the lettuce thrown in the box like a soup it was disgusting. And the curly fries were hard and overcooked I will never go there again
Ordered online at closing and it was not recommended,Not the normal quality but it was better then being stuck in traffic for 4 hours,I5 had massive pile up so was happy to stop eat and be off the highway.Food was OK but not how it is in prime time hours.
This jack in the box is supposed to be “24 hrs” but as soon as it hits 8pm there are cones on the drive thru for the REST of the night but i see cars on their parking lot and workers in the store. so are they just sitting there instead of doing their jobs for the night? I called to see why there are cones on the drive thru, the person on the phone was ridiculously rude as she answered “if we have a reason to close we will close it” I asked what the reason was and she hung up on me. this jack in the box is nothing but filled with employees who hates their lives and lets their anger out to the customers. never coming back here again.
I wouldn't even give this place 1 star the service is awful employee always have attitude . I will not be going to this place again. Please get better employee it was female took our order at 643pm . All this reviews and nothing is changed time to go higher up.so this issue will get fixed.
Man what a great place when you have the munchies. The munchie box is the best to fill your tummy in the day as well as night. My kids love it. We wish they would put Jack back in the box....and sell the ol crank Jack in the boxes....the sales will go up and the memory will last a lifetime.
Terrible service. Waited for 30mins in the drive thru. Just for them to tell us we needed to pull around and wait for our food with no one else in line. Asked at the window if we can add an orange juice. She said they couldn’t take any orders at the window we would have to go through the line again to order an OJ. For an OJ!?! Waited another 30mins. Ended up just getting a refund. They gave our order to the wrong person. Customer service is horrible here.
I went here tonight at 10:30pm I pulled up they said they couldn't take my order. If I wanted to order I had to use the App and drive back around. I did what they requested. Then the person in front of me ordered normally and wasn't told they had to use the app. I didn't ask why they could order and I couldn't. I just pulled up and provided them my name and they had me pull forward. Finally after receiving my food the quality of the burgers were awful, dry, and sloppy. Then to top it off my loaded tiny tacos only came with 8 not 15 and had no sauce on them. Just cheese and Lettuce ☹. Highly disappointed in the lack of quality and inconvenience of this experience. Staff was friendly but the quality and lack of detail was disappointing after all the hassle.
my chicken bacon ranch homestyle sandwich was so over cooked I couldn't even bite into it. broke it open was like jerky inside completely inedible... so disappointed went to bed hungry.. $15 buck in the garbage......!!!
