Domino's apparently has 'call centers" now, made ordering a takeout pizza extremely complicated & and gave inadequate information on how I can pay for my pizza. Then when I did get there the manager well she has made it worse with her attitude. people in management positions have to learn it isn't what you say it's how you say it. ("Gosh I'm really sorry but there's nothing I can do" work's so much better than"sucks to be you".Walked out without my pizza pie. ?
The pizza was good this time but If you change your sauce.They Consider it another topping which doesn't seem right.
The new dips are awful and the associate said they are supposed to be sold like this. It was burnt and not even dippable and the apple dip was barely half an inch.
Best delivery place in town, pizza or otherwise. Always gets my order right, always faster delivery times than expected. I’ve been ordering here a couple times a month for over a year, the one time they were late (only by a few minutes) they added a free item to my next delivery.
They got my online order wrong, I paid for delivery... I drove back down to get it right and was chastised by some teenager about how to order online, the manager came over said... They haven't even eaten it, it's fine make a new one... So she did... Then he had her walk it out to the car and she proceeded to chastise me even more about how their system works.Here's the thing, I don't expect to get great service from dominoes, I mean it's dominoes for crying out loud, I don't pay for cheap food for the service, but I also do t pay for some child to school me on how a website works, or her attitude, or her toxic little miss know it all head Bob.BE prepared that when they mess up, they'll teach you a thing or two.I genuinely hope little miss attitude is in school to become a lawyer, or lobbyist for women's right, or something that her moxy will be out to good use... But fighting with someone over a pizza is entirely missed placed attitude...Save your nasty for when you need sweety
These guys are good at what they do. Keep doing what you are doing. I just can’t help coming back.
I ordered 3 pizza's last wked and was beyond disappointed. Some pieces didn't have topping while others had crust bubbles and were cut so uneven that it wasn't funny.
Do yourself a favor and DO NOT CALL IN for a delivery. I was on the phone going back and forth with a computer and someone in person taking the same info. After about 15min i gave up and called PIZZA HUT right down the street for HALF THE PRICE. Save your self some money and allot of time.
I ordered a Buffalo chicken pizza and received just a plain cheese pizza. Not sure how you can mess that one up. Not happy about it at all.
Terrible quality of pizza and the service was horrible. Robert the Manager was rude and uncaring. The quality of food was horrendous and he gave no options for being able to fix this.This was outrageous, we definitely do not recommend ever ordering from this location.I cannot believe how the lack of customer service can be so apparent.They obviously do not care about the future of this store or the quality of military families ordering from it.We will never trust Robert or this location again and there is no reason that he decided to act as if we were lying.No sauces we ordered arrived, the pizza was dry and flavorless, it literally was cardboard.When trying to explain this to him, he simply was blunt unapologetic and very sarcastic towards even listening to our complaint.Go somewhere else, do not trust this store or it’s manager. They want money and do not provide quality food or even a thankful mentality.Robert must really look down on the families in the local neighborhood, he obviously did not care that we will never order again.You surely are a 5 star store, oh yeah, you are one of the lowest rated in the county.Never again, stay away from here.
