Hands down the best winter melon milk tea I've had in Lakewood BUT I tried to come get a drink before they closed tonight and were turned away because they were closing early. (30 mins early on a Friday night????) Was so disappointed because we drove from so far. Went to Sol Boba down the street instead and will be from now on where the service is much better and hours are more consistent. ??♀️
To start customer service was great he helped me decide a drink super generous to add and helped another customer while I was there. Second the place itself is super cute and the place itself is unique has lawn furniture to sit on? Questionable but my only complaint is the tea was not as sweet as I'm used to and it had no flavor and the popping boba had an odd texture so I won't come back but overall it was an interesting experience.
I've come here multiple times and it feels like every 3rd time I come they are randomly closed when they are suppose to be open. Even when they are open though it takes them 30 to 50 minutes to make me my drinks. This place is definitely good at wasting your time.If I were rating just the drinks alone without all the hassle of getting them I would rate them a 3.5 out of 5.
The staff here is incredibly rude and inconsiderate. They don't greet you when you first walk in and despite taking forever making drinks, they feel entitled to treat you however they please. Don't spend your money at places that don't prioritize customer service.
Definitely aesthetically pleasing, a lot of picture worthy spots in the store and drinks are definitely to die for it’ll have you wanting to come back to order more! Customer service is on point ask for Michael or Cassy! If you don’t know what to get just get their Boba Latte which is what their known for, Definitely check it out if your around the area.
Honestly my favorite place to go. They have such a wide variation of drinks! It tastes like actual tea as well not just milk and sugar. Definitely will return again :)
This place is awesome, super friendly staff that knows their stuff. Casey and Michael, even showed love to some Rams fans.
I don't do Boba much but my wife loves it so when we go I can usually find a alternative drink.
Every time I drive to ding tea, it’s never open. I have been going at least 2-3 times a month and its one of those of few times it’s been open. The open sign will also be kept on too but lights are off. I hope they are okay!
I am a huge bubble tea lover! But I have to say I was disappointed in my drink.I ordered a Taro smoothie and it tasted bland. No flavoring - mostly tasted like blended water down flavor with ice.The ice wasn’t blended all the way as there were huge chunks.I also was over hearing the cashier talking about quitting to a customer because she isn’t getting paid fairly. Also, the pricing on the chart didn’t reflect what I was being charged.I would most definitely not be returning to this place.
