At first… I would have left giving a one star for customer service experience. I love DQ and the Oreo blizzard has been my go two for years! I switched up and tried the one with gummy runs the Dirt pie and loved it! Only thing is I’m not a big fan of gummy candy. So would spit them out or ask for them on the side to give my littles. This is never a problem. Last night the lady argues me down that I cannot do this. I said I’m asking for something to be removed and just placed on the side not an additional side. She was so rude and argumentative that I was so taken back. The young man at the front said I can’t promise you anything and gave me my perfect blizzard no gummies and yelled give us a good review! Well only for you sir. Thank you for the excellent customer service and going above and beyond I didn’t think it was such an insane request but I will give 5 for YOUR service ❤️
If the intent is to never open the lobby again, suggest at least letting the online orders pickup other then through drive thru. More efficient and less upset custumers for those that order online.

I ordered a birthday cake in advance. Since the lobby is closed for remodel I was unable to see what my options were.I choose plain choco\van with no frosting. I was assured there was a nice substitute for the frosting. I also asked for silver and gold glitter. The lettering was supposed to be rainbow.I was quoted a $24.99 price.When I picked up the cake there was no frosting substitute and no glitter. The lettering was all one color. And I was charged $29.99.Needless to say I will Never buy another cake from Dairy Queen
I ordered a custom ice cream cake for my 30th birthday and I told them to go crazy with the decorations and let me tell you, this is honestly the most amazing cake I’ve ever received!! Pictures don’t do it justice because it’s absolutely gorgeous. I loved the personal touches and I seriously couldn’t be happier. I would highly recommend them and the decorator is seriously gifted when it comes to piping.
Blizzard gets 5 stars but you guys need to check hiw much salt your putting on your Chilli hot dog and fries and chicken tenders..I taste all that food so salt disgusted by hiw much salt you guys put on your junk food..im just order Blizzard and that it
The team there tonight we're so polite and patient with me. I rarely go to DQ. The last time I went it was at the South Tacoma WY location, they were not great. I didn't return.
Machines was broken down, drove all the way from Canyon to find out no ice cream or blizzard. Not that I don't like this place just happened. We were bummed. That is all.
2 large fries, large cheese curd, small burger... $17. The fries were dead, the crows loved them. The curds were fresh hot and yummy, the crows really loved them. The burger was Fair. $17?
