Not happy. Learn to communicate betwixt your crew I shouldn't have to repeat myself to multiple workers multiple times over a two burrito order.The employees were all super nice so it's actually really hard to write this review.Please teach your cashier how to use her ears.
Every single taco we ordered was cold. Even the Mexican street corn that was made in the back kitchen was stone cold. The meat was prepared a head of time and in warmers so that the tacos could be made to order and I can guarantee that the meat was not kept at a safe temperature for consumption and was dry as can be. I realize this is a big chain but you better believe I will never go to another one of these establishments again. I would steer clear of this place as you’ll get a better taco at Taco Bell.
Very salty, not stocked up on anything and it was 3:45 pm. Food was cold. Services was not good. The one server was flirting with a customer and also on her FaceTime on her phone while customers were going through the line. I will never go back.
Six people "working" on one shift. Three are on break, one in the bathroom, one sweeping the floor; leaving only one person to make food AND use the register while the line is six people deep! I'm beside myself in astonishment.Oh, and the steak was dry.
I ordered items and on the notes I expressed “No onions of any kind”. They have onions in their meats. They took the time to place it separately and left a message doing so for any unknown allergies. That is service in my book. Onions were barely there and I enjoyed it. Thanks Chronic Tacos!!! Awesomeness!!!?
I love Chronic Tacos! However, the last three times I have bought food I have been disappointed by how incredibly salty the meats are. Like severely salty. I don’t want this review to come off as negative because I have always loved and recommended their food but the sodium levels are astronomical. I have worked in restaurants most of my adult life. I have worked at places that have setups similar to CT and to avoid having the food become over salted they would make us switch out the entire pan of meat when it gets low. I have noticed that CT will just keep adding meat to a pan that is getting low rather than switch out the entire pan. When they do this all the sauces and seasoning end up at the bottom and after an eight hour shift the pan is filled with to much seasoning. So, this review is more of a polite suggestion to the employees to please cool it with the seasoning. It’s not just me either. My gf and daughter last night couldn’t even finish their food because of the salt content. My kid even stated it felt like it was burning her tongue. Thanks for reading this and I’ll probably still eat their just not every week anymore till this is remedied.
We were a group of three and walked in with questions and the employee behind the counter ignored us until we said “hello.” Even from then on the customer service was non-existent, it felt like we were a burden.Each of us got tacos (Al pastor, carnitas, steak) and none of them were very good. The al pastor was INCREDIBLY salty. The lime rice was terrible and the black beans were basically plain. $17 for four tacos means I don’t think I’ll go back.
This was my first visit. The chicken was a little too salty, but I assume it was just an oversight for the day. Everything else was delicious! The service was fantastic! I would come back if I didn't live out of state.
What is the mask policy here? Two of the three workers have masks on but below the chin in the back making food and below the nose up front working with customers which makes no sense. This protects no one. This means the are supposed to wear them but don’t care. I am not sure how I feel about the integrity of a team that doesn’t follow safety policies. The cook from the back walked out and smokes a cigarette at the front door. As I watched, he did not wash his hands before gong back to cooking food! Isn't this s food safety issue?
