Ordered through the app for delivery, not many items just 6 but half the order came by the driver. Trying to call the store was a mess, unable to reach someone. The automated message directed you to a website to provide feedback. We finally had to drive over to talk to someone, the local store said the person who delivered the item left the other bag, even though it said 1 of 2.We might as well have picked up the order there vs delivery. Food was good, just the overall delivery was frustrating.
Easy in and out location! Never eaten on site - always done take away - but always had the correct order and it's always ready on time. Very pleased with my interactions with staff!
My tasty reward after getting done with the ER. The place was clean, covid protocols were in place, the staff was despite being very busy were all friendly and as usual the food was so yummy ?. I have never had any problems with this store. 1-26-2022
I ordered lunch (via UberEats) from Chipotle.My order: Burrito Bowl with steak and extra portion (chicken) and toppings (queso blanco, fresh tomato salsa, tomatillo green chili salsa, romaine lettuce).I received: Burrito Bowl with steak and extra portion (chicken) and toppings (queso blanco, fresh tomato salsa and a lot of guacamole on top).I don’t eat guacamole nor did I order it. I was missing my tomatillo green salsa and lettuce.At first, I was told, “Call UberEats because we can’t do anything here at the restaurant.” UberEats was having technical issues. I called back and asked if I could bring it back myself. Now, I have to wait to get my correct order (hours after I expected to have my lunch). I have to drive to the restaurant after work although I paid for delivery via UberEats.
Almost slipped on the floor coming in from some type of grease. Told the girl at the counter so no one got hurt and she just looked at me. Took about 5 minutes standing at the counter with no one in front of me for any of the staff to help me and when they did, they weren’t friendly. Half of the guacamole was brown. And the restaurant just didn’t seem like anyone had attended to making sure it was clean and maintained that night. I left knowing I’ll never go back to this location. I’m not accustomed to such low quality service or food at chipotle. ??
Is this softball the shape of a burrito made by someone who cares? Stone cold, btw, with tough, chewy steak. Disappointed.
Normally everyone here is really friendly so this is not a blanket statement but I was treated poorly here today because of a medical condition unfortunately. Although I’d rather not share this publicly, I suppose it is important for context to mention that I have bad morning sickness, migraines, and other symptoms since I am two months pregnant. I have been advised not to wear a mask because it causes my symptoms to worsen and makes me feel very short of breath/lightheaded and dizzy. I realize this makes a lot of people uncomfortable but a health condition like this does legally excuse me from wearing a mask in public places. Once my food was finished, I was asked to wear a mask and I calmly explained that I have a health condition and am not supposed to wear one (I didn’t want to go into detail so I left it at that). I could tell nobody believed me and they just kind of stared at me weirdly as if I was lying? Then tried to charge me for a more expensive item than I had ordered. After we had paid we were also told we had been charged for another drink. I don’t think I should be treated like this for a health condition that already causes enough issues for me. I am used to people being rude about it which is unfortunate, but it seems kind of petty to charge me for more items, not to mention discriminatory.
I love Chipotle but sadly this experience was not good. We got the Bowl with double portions and all the bells and whistles, however the food made us sick. Maybe I was an off day for them so I'm not writing them off. But this experience just wasn't a good one. It may be a while yet before I eat there again.
All of the workers seem to be undertrained and have no problem taking 10 minutes to make your burrito. Got some chips and guac today but there was a whole slice of brown avocado along with pieces of the skin.. serve people food what you would want to eat too
