Ordered using the App, I appreciate being able to make modifications to items. I order a grilled chicken sandwich without the bun & tomato, bring it home put it on a 1net carb bun with some mayo. I reduce the net carbs to 3g net from 42 carbs. Calories 310 from standard 380. Delicious.
I wasn't the least bit amused with our server! I don't know what the problem was, but for some reason he seemed unable to get anything right. Had to repeat ourselves to him numerous times. I told him how I wanted my salad one way and I was given it another way.I happened to love chick fil a I hope that this doesn't happen again.5-25-2022.
I ordered my food without tomatoes and lettuce and they put it on there anyways. When I got to the place to pick my food, I asked if I could add an ice cream cone to my order.. The young man working there was so rude, he said absolutely not I have a line and rolled his eyes at me. I won't be going back there!!!
I love Chick-fil-A's Southwest chicken salad. I've really been trying to eat more healthy and the salad really fits the bill.George
Food was as always delicious. The customer service topped it. My husband and i enjoyed Devin. S service. He went out his way to make sure we were good. Went above and beyond. This location is definitely lucky to have Devin to represent Chick•fil•a in such a great way. As mentioned before food was so good but the 5 star is because of Devin. S. Great job, Devin I see you flourishing well in this business. Keep it up!
The food is delicious, customer service is impeccable and its always clean and minimal wait time.
Overall the experience is pleasant. They focus more on getting people through the line rather than quality of the service. I never have problems with the actually quality of my food but they do mess it up every once in a while. Which is typical for places since we are humans and we do make mistakes. Now what makes this an amazing fast food chain is the fact that when I went back in line to get the food they forgot to give me they gave it to me free if charge even though it would be a completely different order.
What can I say. It's Chick-fil-A. Luke, one of their supervisors is an awesome kid and super nice. Drew was super nice too. I watched him open doors for people and he was smiling and just had a great attitude. And it's Chick-fil-A. Fast food done right. And for fast food the ingredients are pretty wholesome and clean compared to any other fast food.
Just left Lakewood Chick-fil-A…. I’am shocked they served one this little… and not just 1 sandwich but 2 looked identical to this one. We spent over 40.00 tonight and we left hungry. ?
Nothing fancy. Just quality food, properly prepared and very friendly staff. One of our favorites when on the road.
