Thank you!! Our experience at this Carl’s Junior was great!! I mean, we almost always enjoy the food. But this time was even better than usual. Why? Just the great customer service of our drive thru attendant! Not only did he specifically read back everything clearly to me, he was just very kind. Made sure we had everything we needed. And even though they were out of the kids toy, he was completely upfront about it. He explained why, which was outside of his control. Super thankful for his energy and kindness. I wish I could remember his name and list it here. But thank you!!
The bacon beast burrito was good but I think the hash browns were fried in old grease because they tasted bitter.

We enjoyed our visit to Carl's Jr. The food was good and fairly typical for a fast food burger restaurant. The prices were a little high, but all food prices seem to be going up fast. The service was outstanding and the drive-thru employee was so nice and upbeat you could tell they really enjoyed their job.
Ordered the new fried chicken sandwich and the breading was DARK and tasted like it was fried in dirty oil. Turned around and went back to the drive through to get something else. They told me they knew the fryer was dirty and something was broken so they couldn't clean it. That's DISGUSTING!!!
Worst burger and fries ever, I'm sure I got the whole 32oz bottle of Mayo! For $30 could have had a Gordon Ramsey burger! Burger King is still better! Will never eat at Carl's Jr. again! Barf!
Best lettuce wrap burgers, they truly do know how to wrap it so you don't miss the bun.
I love the one in Tacoma. Lakewood put a whole Lotta mayo on my sandwich. I got a famous w/ cheese . 4 pickles, no tomatoes. It was oddly put together as well.
I just ordered and asked to change an item on my order I didn’t want the original fries I wanted the crosscut fries and the guy who took my order said he couldn’t fix it because he already sent it through the system and couldn’t change it because of the new system. Then got an attitude I like Carl’s Jr. but never coming back to this location. If you can’t fix an error you made then maybe you should wait until the person starts driving up to the window before you send the order.
I ordered a superstar and someone already bit it. I asked for a refund but they ended up calling me and N word hard R. Worst service ever. But the cashier was really cute tho.
