This was our first time ordering. Our "hash browns" were a pile of mush that was crispy on one side with no seasoning. The scramble had no seasoning. The toast looked like someone quickly did a flop flop on the grill as it was burned and uncooked . The gravy for the Biscuits and gravy was bizarre. I have no clue why it tastes so strange?! Did you add clove to it?! Very unpleasant experience. Whether you dine in or order to go, there should be a great experience for return. Won't be ordering again... Quality checks need to be ensured for the customer.
Had eaten here before and thought it was good. Friday we ate here. Our server was young and seemed inexperienced. When we were going to order drinks, my friend asked if they had a drink menu and our server said no and told us the fountain choices. I don't hold that against her as she wasn't old enough to serve alcohol. That friend ordered a club sandwich with no tomato. It had to be sent back and remade because it had tomato. Our other friend and I ordered the prime rib. It was cooked to perfection but, other than the outside 1/4 inch, cold. They heated it but then it was overcooked and still only slightly warmer. We had to keep asking for things we'd ordered but hadn't received.Next time we'll sit in the bar and not order the prime rib.
Waitress was an awesome person it would be great to have all waiter personal be like her!!! 7 of us not one single person disappointed. Definitely worth saying top shelf restaurant!!! Certainly will be coming back for another breakfast.
Reminds me of the diner my mom worked at when i was a kid. Food was edible, dishes clean, servers courteous, beer was cold. It's not some thousand dollar a plate gold leaf covered tomahawk steak but i don't have any complaints.
Yes, it's a heart attack on a plate, but, dang, is this modified SOS delicious! It's a yummy, meaty gravy over hash browns. ?
Wait staff was really friendly….I had the lobster omelette. So good!!! I’m not a fan of holllandaise sauce but this way so delicious. Tasted like it was house made. Definitely coming back?
We always enjoy going to Bur's restaurant, the folks there are always courteous, our server was very friendly, they are family friendly, she brought my daughter a awesome little coloring set, the food is traditional, fresh and cooked exactly how we asked it to be. You can tell that these people are good at what they do and have been doing it for awhile. We left a decent tip becuaseit was so refreshing to be treated like a customer again. Thank you Bur's we hope this restaurant stands the test of time!

Ample servings of tasty food served with a smile. We had the roast beef sandwich, fish & chips, & CFR platter - All were top notch! Fantastic french fries, good cole slaw, free coffee refills & a Great cake selection -Butterfingers chocolate cake!! Wow what a delicious treat after a satisfying lunch. Our server was very cordial, accomodating & made great suggestions. This homey place had clean restrooms, nice music playing & plenty of parking. We will go back!
Family style food..limited menu but everything is very good and generous portions. Lots of seating, so dont be deceived by parking lot. Bar and banquet room here too. Staff are efficient and attentive. Would give 5 stars with a larger menu, but well worth stopping for any meal!
