On 4/22/22 drove up in drive thru @ 6pm had printed signs at the start of drive thru line "Out of ice and out of mayo." No biggie didn't order a drink had mayo at home. But with 6 cars ahead of me each car was taking 5 minutes to order food, I know this the only Burger King in Lakewood, but the waiting was ridiculous. I see the are short staff and are hiring and doing the best they can. Have patience or find another spot. Food was hot but chicken nuggets not freshly cooked. Too bad they didn't have walk in and going back thru drive thru lines was not an option. Check your food before leaving the window, lesson learned.

It’s the worst drive through i’ve ever been to. Stuff doesn’t hear you , keeps asking same questions 3-4 times. Waiting time was about 50 minutes , so the concept of the FAST food itself is not met. No idea how they served 15 cars for almost an hour. I hope they could fix the hardware to communicate with clients better or at least put a stuff member outside so he could hear you.
Wait time was actually great considering it's a Friday during mid rush. Only 2 main issues, 1 the nuggets weren't hot and tasted like really really REALLY old burnt oil. 2 the lady that handed us our food had a really bad attitude and...?... Well?.. let's just say I've seen 5 yr olds sucking on lemons with a more pleasant face... ? ?
This place doesn't even deserve one star. The service (or should i say the lack of ) is horrible! After ordering our meals we had to wait in the drive thru lane 45 minutes.
Nothing wrong with the food, the drive through line is so long, incredibly long, the line stood still for about 20 minutes and it took almost an hour to get my food, you can hire more people burger king.
Burger King is a really yummy fast food joint but when I dont get what I asked for, doesnt make me wanna come back, I have gone there 3 times now and every order has been wrong, or yall forgot my sauce or a food item. it gets old after awhile and makes me not want to come back. I would suggest that yall make sure the order is correct and look in the bag before handing our food to us and make sure everything is in there, sauce and not just 1 for 20 nuggets lol. napkins, straws, oh and the right menu items! I know yall can be better! just gotta take the time to check, and I promise you people will come back and order again ? thank you for being the best you can and serving the hungry people that really like Burger King!
They're terrible. Poorly kept and management to crew, most are not fit for even this level of employment.
Don’t ever Oder doordash there lobby always closed only drive thru and it’s a long line… Best time too oder doordash is morning they always short staff if you pay more you might get people too stay smh. They should just sell the building and put a Popeyes there.

It's very clear whoever owns and operates doesn't care AT ALL. I actually feel bad for the 2 whole employees who do work there because the pressure of disappointing people all day must suck. Went through yesterday and the broiler was down. The broiler. Haven't had ice for months, let you order online and pay and then 30 minutes later you find out either A. They don't have your item or B. They are closed, at 2 pm. Oh and your refund will take 3 days to process.Save yourself the food poisoning and waste of time and try somewhere else.
