Went to Arby's to try their new Waygu burger. We wanted to add bacon to it but were told that we cannot. They suggested the Bacon Ranch Waygu, so we ordered that in a combo. We asked for curly fries but were told that they do not have any. hmmmm okay, so we got crinkle fries. We ordered the orange cream shake but were told that they do not have those either, wow. So we ordered 2 large soft drinks. When we got to the window I was handed a large and a medium drink. I looked right at Ethan and said that we ordered 2 large drinks. He just starred at me and then walked away to get our food. He returned a few minutes later with our food and we left not at all pleased. To be fair the Bacon Ranch burger was very good, but we will not return to this location.

The first time I came here. The food was SOOO damn good. Fresh fries, good Au Jus, lost of cheese on my swiss melt. Came back 2 days later hoping to get the same mouth water experiance, and i got semi warm fries, really watered down au jus and almost no cheese on my swiss melt. Now I got 3 swiss melts for me and my family. The second time they forgot one of the sandwhichs and we had to go back. Then, each au jus was a different shade of brown. From super light and almost clear, to pretty dark. I dont know what happened but 2 of them tasted like water. It was honestly sad. The fries were meh, kinda cold (I live 3 min from the store by car). Im kinda unsure if i wanna go back a 3rd time. Im hoping it was just an off day.

Where is the old manager with the tattoos who had the exceptionally amazing customer service? This store hasn't been the same since he left!!Cold food. Long wait times. Rude employees.EVERY SINGLE TIME I try to give this store another chance I've had a poor experience. Tonight I learned my lesson, and will never return to the lakewood location.I went through the window around 9:30 pm and the menu board light was off. I informed the staff and after about 2 minutes of waiting & thinking they were going to turn on the menu board light, the lady with the heavy accent rudly asked me if I was going to order. Again I told her that i couldn't see the menu, it was completely dark. At this point, i wasn't sure if there was a language barrier in our communication so I ordered my usual (even though i planned on trying something new). When I pulled to the window and paid, the lady forcefully handed me my bag. She then tried to rush me out of line but i reminded her that she didn't give me my drink. She hands me my drink and when I asked for a straw...she said "we don't have any." So i left feeling completely unfulfilled...with cold food. Never again.

Everytime i went to this location theres always a long line and i asked the ordering person why took so long and he said cause of the line, but when i get to the window for my order it took forever for them to give me just the 4pcs of slider. And 4 people in front are just talking and only one person in the kitchen. Management are wasting their money to hire people and the service is very poor and slow….

The service was fast, the food was good temp, and tasted good!My new fave is the gyro sandwich.The only complaint, is about the same complaint I have everywhere I go...price was a little high. That's the new norm though.Great job today Arby's team!

Has no Organization we it comes to getting the food out. And manger seems confused on checking orders before the go out window had to pass the bags back in because they gave us the car behind us sandwich and repackaged it for him instead of making a new one during Covid also cancels orders via Uber eats because 5 sandwich’s are too big of an order is what we where told

Long drive thru line due to lobby being closed. I was working as a Dasher for Door Dash so it was super frustrating having to sit in a SLOW drive thru line. We wouldnt move for 15 to 20min after someone would put in their order. If I am delivering let me get the order at the door please! I ended up leaving after waiting almost 30 min. I lost money and I had to ask for order to be reassigned.

The service was terrible. We sat at the window for over ten minutes without anyone saying anything to us. Just hear the employees joking and talking, saying ops forgot to drop the tenders. Never updated why it was taking forever. One lady walked up and said oh are these the people waiting on the tenders and walked off. Like what? Then forgot to make the beef and cheddar and forgot our drinks and had to wait even longer for that. Half the employees acted like they didn’t even know what was to do. Just ridiculous.

Don't go to Arby's much. Kind of burned out. That's cuz I used to get free stuff while protecting the restaurant after an assistant manager was shot but, FYI your Java shakes used to be good....what happened?

Wanna know who's keeping this place in business? Its me. 100%. The 2 for 6 daily meals are a good deal for something quick. Down it with a milkshake of your choice for a good finisher. Staff is always friendly. Highly recommended fast food joint
