Hit or miss. Sometimes, the staff seems so angry to be here and I get that. Owners should pay people better, and maybe they'll care more.The new fry guarantee helps. Now, they need a nugget guarantee. Nothing like cold, soggy nuggets to turn a weekly visiting customer into a monthly visitor.Edit: I was the first lunch customer today, by chance, and the nuggies we're perfect.
This Wendy’s has to be the slowest and most incompetent in existence. Cashiers go back and forth from cashiering to preparing food so the line backs up because they take AT LEAST 10 minutes to prepare someone’s food. Shouldn’t someone else be designated to do this? They will have you standing at the front of the line, not communicate to you at all, and will help you nearly 10 minutes later. Absolutely ridiculous. And don’t get me started on their mobile orders. They advertise “order online and skip the line” and that is an absolute lie. They will make you wait in the back of the line, regardless if you made a mobile order and they will not prepare the food until you get to the front. That defeats the purpose of ordering online so what is the point?
Great service, good food. And just as important when you need it most, open to walk-in's (unlike Jack in the Box down the street) and clean facility and bathrooms. Would recommend and visit again if I am in the area.
It was National Chili day last week, and I stopped at Wendy's to get my fix, and I gotta say, the chili was excellent! It was thick and rich, full of beans and meat and not too spicy. A big bowl was 3 bucks, too! Is there better chili out there? Maybe...but I sure don't know where.
Tried the best hot honey chicken sandwich and the bourbon bacon burger. Both had great flavor and tasted fresh. The fries where hot with the right amount of salt. The window staff were courteous and pleasant overall a great experience as there also was no line.
I placed a big order, and after I left the drive-through, I stopped in the parking lot to make sure my order was correct. One of my combo meals that I ordered was left off my order. The door was locked, so I couldn't go inside to get my order fixed, and I had to rejoin the long line in the drive-through. I was very upset, but the employees made it right and comped me with the missing combo.
I love Wendy's and it's easily my favorite fast food place, but not this particular location. While the food tastes fine - when I can get it, that is - I can never even get *on* the drive thru line because it is *always* a mile long. There have been many times where I just end up going to the McDonald's next door because even though it isn't my preferred burger place, whoever is running things there is top notch at handling long lines.Even ordering from this Wendy's through Uber Eats doesn't fix the line management issues - my orders always end up taking way longer than other restaurants in town do, they consistently get my order wrong even though it's extremely simple, and last night even I had an order get canceled, which has never happened to me with any other restaurant I buy from through Uber. I really wish this location was better managed because it is the most convenient one in town for me, but alas...
30 minute wait for 2 salads and 6 nuggets around for about $17. It's always slow service here but this is the slowest fast food I've seen.They didn't put forks in the bag and I had to go back and ask, they did not offer a free coupon for the inconvenience like other places sometimes will.
Staff is very friendly, food was great. Didn't get a spoon with my chili, but I'm not a psycho so I won't leave a bad review about an innocent mistake. I'll just expect a spoon with my nuggets next time I visit.
I think its is ridiculous the lack of effort that gets put into this wendys orders. I ordered a baconnator, baconnator fries(customized with extra toppings), a loaded baked potato, and a 4 piece spicy nugget (that came with only 3) off door dash. My driver who was great showed up with a bacconator and 3 nuggets because thats what he was handed. So I called and talked to Kaylee who was phenomenal over the phone I will say that, and i was told I had to come down there to have my order filled properly. I drove 20mins away so they could properly fulfill my order and I get home and the gave me regular baconnator fries no extras and my wifes baked potato. I know this is something small but litterly the biggest waste of my time and money. Will not be ordering from here or going here again.
