I get my boba here ALL the time! Seems you can't go wrong with their flavors. So far I've loved Brown Sugar, Taro Latte, Kiwi Green Tea w/ Ginger, Mango Green Tea with Passonfruit, Lychee Green Tea....all with boba topping of course!
I was craving a boba tea and normally I have to drive all the way to lakewood for a good place but we finally found one closer by and the taro boba I got is soooooo good ? I'm gonna need a jumbo cup please!
One of the best boba teas I've tried in Washington. Definitely will go back
Cute bubble tea spot inside of a pho shop. If you don't see a sign for it from the street, that's okay, it's in the pho shop. I had the brown sugar tea with egg. Was light and sweet with bursts of cream and sweet as I sucked the egg and brown sugar drip through the straw. A great spot for a quick eat, date night dessert, or hanging out over some noodles.
Prices are relatively high. The staff are not super friendly. They only serve one size of bubble tea here. But my daughter says that she likes it.
Superb boba and fantastic Bánh-mi! We got the brown sugar boba, tropical fruit green tea, and pineapple slushie. For food we got steak bánh-mi, the chicken and pork bánh-mi, and he teriyaki chicken. All were perfection.
Quick service, lots of seating, nice staff, and fair pricing. Perfect ? bobba and nice tasting.
Boba milk tea with brown sugar was really good. It's inside the Pho place.

Hard to find the place, couldn't see any signs from the street. In the address was posted on Subway, and the other restaurants had a letter above the door. We were frustrated with not being able to find the place, when someone was pulling out of a parking spot. We could see the window of the restaurant next to Subway, it had a small paper sign that said TinTin Tea, you can't see it when vehicle's are parked in front of the restaurant. The person that took the order didn't understand what we wanted, asked for crystal boba, and got black, and it cost about $8. handed her a $20. she said thank you, and was walking away?. Ask her if we could get the change from the money, she looked at us like she didn't understand what we were saying. She asked someone to come from the back to find out what we needed. We told them that we wanted the money from the $20. after the cost of the drink was paid, she said just a minute. Went in the back, and came back out with the change. Then a lady who brought the drink out shook it side to side, and pushed it forward to our face, we took it, and she walked away. It was a really bad experience, and I'm not going to go back there again, I've been told it's a good place, has great food, but don't know why she thought that we were giving her the full $20. for a $8. drink, and why the other people acted like they did, I did notice that it looked like a sit down and eat restaurant, maybe they were confused about us just going in to order 1 drink to go, and not sitting down and ordering food?..
