Ordered 4 burritos, chalupa, Mexican pizza, and cheesy fiesta potatoes.. Bean burrito was as big as a roll up, the burrito had barely any beans in it, was supposed to have extra sauce but that didn’t matter since it lacked any beans. The Mexican pizza was made so sloppy and just thrown into the container. Other burritos lacked filling. Very disappointing when you’ve looked forward to eating something, spend $30, then drive 45 minutes home to realize damn near everything was wrong. Called the store multiple times to talk to someone with no answer!! ??????
Came through the drive-thru to pick up an order and was listening to a hot mic with all kinds of cussing, which sounded like the supervisor cussing and telling them not to make anymore food. They were not responsive when I asked if there was anyone there for five minutes while I waited. Then finally someone came on and said they are closed early due to a manager having a "family emergency" and that they won't complete the order. It was a very unprofessional way of handling whatever was their issue and I do not appreciate listening to all kinds of cussing and verbal abuse of their manager or supervisor cussing and telling them not to take anymore orders.
This Taco Bell is fairly new, and is one of the nicer establishments I've visited. I also try and get whatever new box meal they have, which feels like a good value. Right now, they have the nacho fries, which is not always the case as they are limited. I try to go whenever I know they have them though. They are very good, and I would be remiss if I went and didn't at least get an order of fries with the accompanying cheese sauce.
I mean Hey it is what it is you're not asking for the best quality food when you get it handed to you in a paper bag From teenagers that possibly could forget a few of your menu items that you ordered. But they're really friendly they don't have a problem when you come back to get the rest of your order so I mean at least that's nice. There are stores in a really nice shopping center area it's nice it's nice it's new there's no homeless people smoking cigarettes outside so that's always nice.
BEST Taco Bell I've ever been to, seriously. The staff are always super friendly, the service is quick, and the restaurant is immaculately clean, even the bathrooms! Thank you for making fast food great again!!
We go here often and every time we have gone the staff has gone out of their way to help us out with any needs. They always make sure our food comes out as requested and on time. If something is wrong or does not go right they go above and beyond the issue to make it better. Best Taco Bell place we have been to!
On more than one occasion I have ordered here . Requested and paid for extra cause on chicken Quesadilla, or extra nacho cheese and aour cream on the bell grande. Not only is there non of the extra product that was paid for, but there seems to be less of the ingredients on the food period. Will be checking the food from here on out. There don't seem to be much care for customers orders . The kiddos seem more interested in talking to each other.
I ordered 2 cheesy bean and rice burrito and 2 spicy potatoes and a vegetarian fiesta burrito.I’m vegetarian and I got a meat filled burrito. Called the manager and Ari was non Chalant. Didn’t care.
Normal taco bell experience. Fast hot and the right order. Good food from here
This new location, is my favorite location. I usually only come for breakfast because they took away the Mexican pizza. Tonight the drive thru team was really nice. They Let me know kindly upfront which menu item they no longer had and were friendly when we pulled to the window while we waited for our order. It didn’t take long for our food to be done. I ordered their new cherry twister drink which actually looked like the picture. My food was hot, neat, and tasted fresh. This location is always clean and kind.
