They will mess your order up every other time you go there then refuse to remake it. They'll call you a liar for telling them they messed up. Also they be stalking your car saying you didn't order food from them cause they didn't see you car even though you ordered food when you were with a friend in a different car. Worst taco bell I have ever been too. I would recommend if you order from here, check you bags and food because if you leave and come back they will call you a liar because they're too lazy to remake the things they messed up on.
After reading some of the other reviews of this taco bell location I'm convinced that I made the right decision to absolutely never eat here again and I strongly urge others to do the same. I went here last night and for some weird reason I opted to go inside and not through the drive-thru and I'm glad I did! After ordering i went to use the bathroom and when I went to wash my hands I found that both the hand sanitizer dispenser AND the soap dispenser to be non operational sitting directly beneath an "all employees are required to wash hands before returning to work" sign. After having to argue with the manager I was finally able to get a refund and in return he called me "childish". Apparently not wanting to risk getting hep-b and refusing to eat there is childish. I am appalled at not only the fact that the employees were making people's food with hands that are potentially covered in fecal matter and lord only knows what else but also the fact I actually had to fight to get a refund and being called "childish" for wanting a refund. I'm also contacting taco bell's corporate office and the health department.
Really nice people work here, and the food is the same as at every Taco Bell I've been to. Always to much lettuce, and not enough cheese on the soft tacos. But that's not my complaint; I don't like the drive way, it has a sharp right turn onto a one way Lane in a parking lot. I've been there with 4 different people and have seen so many other people run over the curb trying to get out after picking up their orders. Plus other vehicles don't watch for people pulling out of the driveway and are speeding thru to Jimmy John's next door that I've seen so many close recks and vehicles stuck on the curb because of it.
Rude service, ordered extra meat, didn't get it. Didn't get drink either. I will not be going there again. There's to many othe fast food service who have customer service skill ?
Messed up my vegetarian order twice. I came back the first time called the second time…they cannot properly label vegetarian meals. Christian the manager in charge let me know I should just eat else where since he doesn’t know how to label food….Food allergies don’t matter I suppose at this place. Eat at your own risk. Staff are under paid and under trained. Not sure howMuch training is needed to label correctly but Christian needs the help.
We went out for a late night snack. Taco Bell was still open (drive thru). Service was good and fast. Be safe it is slushy out.
My entire order was a disaster!The food was all over inside of the bag. Tacos were unwrapped. I do not know what happened but it was terrible. No one answered the phone when I called.
Wonderful, cheerful staff. Food made fast and perfect.
Good food. Crew of about seven were all busy prepping orders. Took them a few minutes to spot me at the counter waiting to place my order.
Mobile order was easy. Service was slow. Exiting was rough with a pickup truck. If other car, potential curb rash on rims. Poor design with the drive thru exit.
