Taco bell is the best place you can go if you hate yourself and really want to punish your digestive system. Because this taco bell has a wholy inadequate dish cleaning station right next to the food prep area, you are bound to get a little bit of extra digestive punishment. The place also smells really bad, we had intended on punishing ourselves in the dining area but decided to eat in the car due to the smell. Either way, good luck.
The people at this Taco Bell are some of the most incompetent people I’ve ever dealt with in my life. I drove through twice to get the wrong order!!! TWICE!!!! These people don’t care about their jobs and then wanna cry about how they are treated. Maybe if you put a little effort into caring about your job. The easiest job to ever have. Then people would put a little effort into being nicer. This place is a joke. Avoid at all costs. Go to the Taco Bell next to Carl’s Jr. if you need Taco Bell that. DO NOT COME HERE no effort at work. No effort for customer service. Raven the manager is the worst human being just talks over you and talks at you as if your the problem because of the food you wanted. Get a different job. Customer service isn’t for you.
This taco bell is run by excellent staff, I hope they receive an equitable share of the value they produce through their high standards of quality and service.
I’ve been to many Taco Bell’s in my life, but never have experienced such great costumer service with Michelle (I think that was your name- sorry if I am wrong!) at the window, and the food was good too! Taco Bell’s have the same menu everywhere but it doesn’t always taste good, this was does.
Ya know that saying no matter where ya go the food should taste and look the same..well that's no longer true..being from the Portland/Vancouver area..we had the opportunity to stop after a long road trip and get some bell..we ordered what we normally do the number 3 burrito Supreme meal and my other had the crunchwrap meal..not hard to make right..well the burrito Supreme didn't have sub the red space for green sauce..and was all beans a dash of meat one piece of Lettuce and two tomatoes drops..no sour and burned tortilla..hers had all nacho cheese drippy sour cream and no meat with barely and toppings and another crispy one side barely cooked other side tortilla..oh did I mention Noone was inside at all eating so we thought no prob just us should it would be super quick nope!!! Totally ignored us for 20 minutes while they did all the drive ups and door dashes..so I'm call this a one off but really if I were you I would avoid this taco hell.....
They made me and colored friends get out drinks from a different soda dispenser that only had grape kool aid and iced tea. -Treyvon Williams out
I drove past at 230am and there was no lights on at all. Website says closes at 3. The other taco bell on pacific closes at 1am. When u are at work and finally have a lunch break for the 1st time in a month. U depend on websites accuracy. And when they close early you drove around for nothing.
Taco bell is my favorite place but NOT when closed at 8 pm... Durango needs more places open at night. 8 pm is a little too early to be closing, since most taco bells close at 3am.How do overnight workers get something quick to eat if there's just Dennys open?
Used the kiosk inside for my first time. Easy to use. Our order ended up still missing some items after we left. I hate when I forget to double check before leaving.
If there was anyone who was an authority on the quality of taco bell I would be that person. I have to say this location makes some great stuff. If you typically order burritos I would suggest asking for them to be grilled; a little crunch in the tortilla goes a long way surprisingly.
