I placed an online order and arrived to the store at my pickup time only to find out that after 20 minutes, my order wasn’t even started. One customer that was leaving as I was entering said, “they told us they’re all out of everything.” I was then told that my order wasn’t started because they’ve been out of that specific bread for more than an hour.You would think that knowing you’re out of a specific bread for that long, more could have been made. I’m not sure how long it takes them to do that, but even so, they could have let me know before the order said “being prepped” on their tracker that they were out of a specific item.A phone number is required when ordering online, but I was never called or notified to let me know that I would arrive to nothing being made at all.I asked to cancel the order and left. Hopefully they at least did that.Take the extra minute or two to just go to the Subway on Ruddell Rd that’s right down the street
The best place as far as subways go they have know how to make a sub right.
The sandwich maker was phenomenal. They took the time to put the sauces in little containers so the sandwiches wouldn't get soggy while waiting to be eaten later. The sandwiches were delicious
Slow workers. Over toasted bread made it hard sandwich was dry not enough sauce when asked for extra and didn't even taste as good as other subways I go to offen won't be back to this one

I wish that employee Taneesha could read and make the sandwiches better. Don't expect to get what you order through the app when she's the one ruining the sandwiches there.
Sometimes the bread is stale but thats when I go in late
Fairly good sandwiches but the high prices will keep me from eating here more often.
Only got food there twice but was not as fresh as other subways I have been two and felt not great after one time m... might have been coincidence ... but now I stop at other subways.... this one has little signage and in fact most folks I talk to dud nit even notice it existed there ..
