This is by far the worst Starbucks location I've ever been to. Any time I ask for extra cold foam,that I pay for by the way, there's never extra or there's just noneat all I had a 3 drink order and they couldn't even get a vanilla latte with cold foam on it that I sat and waited over 5 mins for... and just handed me a regular latte when the ticket on the cup clearly states what my order was..Also the service is very mediocre and the coffee is not even good at all. If you're local to this area save your self the wait in line to this place and instead go to a different location. It's worth the drive
Poor coffee, order a carmel macchiato and a white chocolate mocha neither tasted as good as they should. Very lacking in the flavor we are used to.
Looooong line, but that's not their fault, they were VERY quick once I ordered, were very polite, great for a Starbucks lmao
I love Starbucks. So today I was in a horrible mood and literally went through their drive thru and MJ completely made my day. He is literally the definition of customer service. I enjoyed talking to him while I waited for my drink. Thank you MJ for being so sweet.
Worst Dopio Ristretto Espresso I have had. I use many of the local Starbucks as well as others in the area. It was definitely too hot, very burnt cardboard taste, bitter, thin/watery like I'd expect an Americana to be. The shot also looked to be a more long pull vs. a short one.I've never scorched my tongue on a first sip of espresso, this one got me good.Sure, I could go back and ask for a new one to be made. #1 Who wants to be "that guy"?#2 who has time to turn around after leaving a long drive-thru line to wait for another espresso to be made. I thought Starbucks would be the go-to place for consistent service and quality. Olympia Coffee Roasting has the best beans and Filling Station Espresso pulls the best Ristretto (Big Truck roast) of any place I have been in Western Washington.Additionally, the drive-thru line is slow and congests the adjacent parking lots and drives regularly and often. I have attempted stops here in the past and leave half of the time because the line is either too long or too slow.
Went through the drive through today. Very fast and accurate on my order with modifications and the lady at the window was very nice and sociable!
I prefer Starbucks over other brands, this store is better at it, but they still sometimes forget to stir my drink.
Great staff who are friendly but not annoying and they get the order right! The inside is clean and the drive through is almost always fast!
I am a type 1 diabetic; I came in with my son today and i was about to have a seizure. I just wanted to say thank you for your help and I am so thankful for the girls to helped me!
Poor drink quality.Ordered a Java chip and got a cream based drink that tasted like a vanilla bean with chocolate chips. Asked for them to remake the drink and got a “Java chip” with NO flavor at all. I worked at Starbucks for 3 years in Houston so I know how the drinks should taste. The barista also messed up several other drinks while I was waiting. Hot drinks that were supposed to be iced and vice versa etc….
