I was in a good mood until I went in there and order. Cashier was very welcoming. The lady with the color hair and tattoos That was serving and making the drinks was in a bad mood I asked her if I can get cup holder she snapped and said IM NOT DONE YET. If your seeing this rephrase the way you talk to your customer that pay your paycheck… at the end we as customers don’t expect to much from you. All you had to do is say “ohhh I will definitely get that for you as soon as your drinks are all done.” It doesn’t take time to think about what your saying. I’ve worked fast food places so I know it’s not that hard. First and last time coming here going for now at Cutters Point Coffee.
I finally used the app to order ahead, glad I did so just before I got there because I could see my drink was done and sitting for a sec. I ordered a nitro cold brew, with caramel cream foam, so delicious. Last time I went though I ordered a frappuccino that thing was too chunky and I couldn't enjoy it.
Went on 3/31/22 at about 1045am Safeway Starbucks on Martin way.. First gal acted like my order was putting her out. I ordered 3 drinks and 3 snacks. At first I guess she was going to just remember it. But when i got to my 2 drink She rolled her eyes and picked up a cup. To have me start over. After I order and paid. She didn’t communicate at all. Did not ask name or offer a receipt. I said i will be right back. Went to get a lottery ticket. In front of me was the other Starbucks worker. She couldn’t decide what scratch tickets she wanted. I said, i have a coffee order in. But she kept going on about this ticket or that ticket. I ended up going and getting my tickets from the machine. I get back over to the SB counter as she is putting the last coffee in holder. They are not marked as to what they are and they are not very hot.. I usually really enjoy getting my Starbucks coffee. Today it really was not a good experience. I hope this doesn’t continue because i will miss getting my morning pick me up..

Too Many Order Mistakes, I’ve been going to this location every day for about 2 1/2 yrs, and the employees are super nice, especially the ones that have been there since I started going. However for the last 6 months, they are super SLOW in getting the orders ready and at least once a week my order is wrong. I’ve started going to a different location which is out of my way. I also don’t appreciate that they put a fork in a small baggie, inside on top of my hot egg bites, on more than one occasion the baggie has melted to itself and to the top of my egg bites because of the heat. They’re always willing to fix anything and they are super nice, I just wish they could get my order right, especially for the amount of money it cost! But mainly for the time it takes for the remake.
I had the easiest order in the world : tea. It would have taken less than a minute to check me out. But, the batista kept tending to to-go orders instead of helping me. I ended up waiting more than 5 minutes then having to leave to go to work without tea on a rainy, cold day.Update: I avoid this place like the plague.
This location is one of the best. I walked in today got my coffee and as I was heading out the door two young guys got my attention to let me know I dropped some money. As I went to pick it up I dropped my coffee spilling half of it. The two men immediately handed me napkins and insisted on getting me another coffee. Both of them work for Starbucks. I love how they genuinely care about their customers. Thanks to Kris and the guy that helped me. You guys along with the amazing staff made my day! ?
