Firstly, the best texture/cooked/tasting rice I think a person can possibly make. I'm posting a picture of my empty bento box plate. After a beer, taxes and 20% tip came to $26 (lunch bento special). I'm telling you now if you appreciate good-tasting sushi, you're about to feel at home. This sushi is massive bites, the way you like it, and the ginger & wasabi are authentic. The chicken was moist and the fried rice (again) top tier, not over fried and satisfying texture. I'll be back here fast!!
Pros: good customer service, decent pricing and portions. Good tasting food, we got the orange chicken and chicken teriyaki lunch combo. $10! It came with rice, salad and both portions of chicken. Huge menu! My 6 year old ate it ALL!Cons: very small restaurant, like maybe 8 tables in total? It was a bit awkward since there was a line when I walked in and since the space is so small you can’t really get 6ft apart when there is so many people waiting. (It was lunch time so the rush didn’t help)We will definitely be back, I’m excited to try all their other options!
After moving to Olympia I was on a quest to find my Chinese place. I started with ones closest to me and worked my way out. It took me almost a year but I landed at Souru Teriyak! Honestly everything I have tried here I have liked. My favorite Mongolian beef and chicken teriyaki. I like their teriyaki because the chicken is grilled and also they grill some of the sauce on it and put extra sauce on it too. We have tried their general-tso and orange chicken both also good.
Every time I order from here. It's never a disappointment. Great food and quick service.
Generous portions & great food! Had the combo Yakisoba. The beef was tender with lots of assorted veggies. Not just cabbage like in many other places.
First time here, excellent teriyaki, sweet and sour and General Tso's chicken. Good portion sizes, large menu choices, prices comparable to other places, friendly owners, we'll be back.
Went last night and I was HIGHLY impressed! The food was amazing! The staff was very friendly. They made a mistake on my meal and quickly corrected it. This restaurant has been added to my favorites list.
I was a little worried about trying this place because it's literally a tiny shop in the Goodwill/Safeway complex off Yelm Highway. When you walk in you go through a corridor that ends in a check register, so it's a little creepy. And the first thing they ask you for is a tip. (Seriously, who asks for a tip for pickup?) When you order by phone they give you a number and don't take down your name. The prices are also a bit high ($15 for fried rice). At least the food does taste good and is in large portions. I took a star off for the tip thing and the high prices, but we'll probably come back because the food was good (at least until we find a better asian take out place).
Amazing food. Great service. Always so friendly.Mongolian beef and sweet & sour chicken are to die for.Have yet to order something that isn't so good!
Food was good, large portion for the chicken and beef teriyaki meals. Had a Taro milk tea bubble tea - super yummy. Will be back.
