Never have toys for my kid when they order kidmeal. The picture was supposed to be the new pickle burger. I ordered via app as i sat in stall 2. Was only customer parked in stalls. I was informed as they handed me bag " there are no pickle fries. Its out of stock and has been." So $12 for 2 limp soggy burgers with watery ranch and 2 pickles. I give up Lacey sonic. When you peeked outside after my order came in, you could have popped out or spoke through intercom to let me know. Restaurants are my thing. I try to overexcuse screw ups. You could have given me options. Or just pull your plastering of signs for things you don't have!
I have never been so let down in my life more than when I go to this Sonic. I drive from Grays Harbor all the way to Lacey to get the yellow cake batter shake. My heart filled with glee as we crest the black hills knowing that I will be satiated with the flavor of pure bliss and sweet creamy goodness. I pulled up to the drive thru, roll my window down, and call out to the order taker, "2 shakes, please!". The sound of my voice echos back to me through the box. "NO SHAKES, THE MACHINE IS BROKEN" She screams back at me. My heart breaks. I leave. An hour and a half of my life wasted on a trip to nothing. Angry. I vow to never return to Lacey Sonic ever again. But, then i do it again. Heartbreak repeats itself once again. My heart stomped on with words of broken machines echoed into my ears yet again. This time, they will not prevail. I will never go back. F you guys.
Bad choice for quick dinner meal. Ordered chili cheese dog, corn dog and fries. Everything was cold when I got home which was within 3-4 minutes of leaving Sonic. I also ordered onion rings. Was told they were out. Not the first time. But the girl at the window said their machine was broken. Which is it....no rings or no machine?Not going back anytime soon.
The family and I have been coming here on and off for months. Every time we want onion rings, the Machine is either broken or not working. We come here today and the order take/ server, was ridiculously rude about us asking for onion rings. This is the last time we are coming here. I get it’s fast food, but still. Treat the customers better.
Young kids with attitudes in the drive through. I’m terribly sorry you had to work. If you don’t like the job, get a new one.My parents owned a restaurant for 20 years before they retired. They would have been livid if we treated our customers this way.Obviously, do not recommend.
Will NEVER eat at this sonic again! I ordered a sonic cheeseburger and it was terrible! The meat didn't even taste like meat (AM/PM burger). The tots were over cooked and if I wanted a cup of ice to drink that's what I would have ordered!!!! Completely dissatisfied with the whole experience. Sonic should check this store out as I for one will not be going back!?

Fried chicken sandwich was over cooked and tough. Could not even chew it and actually choked on a piece.
The tater tots were cold and greasy and the cheese burgers were lukewarm to the point that the cheese didn't stick to the meat. The soft drink was 60% ice. I won't be returning.
