DON'T ORDER SMOKEHOUSE BRISKET BURGER. Ordered one for Fathers Day and when I couldn't see any Brisket or Black Pepper Bacon I opened it up and saw some very small specks of meat. I used a spoon to scrape them off the top bun and off the cheese. It was 1 tablespoon of very small meat crumbles that I guess were Brisket and Bacon but hard to tell from such a small amount. The onion straws were just maybe 5 or 6 small strings of skinny onion straws on the bottom bun. If you want Brisket and Bacon don't order this at $2=$3 more than other burgers, just get a cheeseburger which is what this really is.
When I was younger I use to go to Red Robin frequently loved the bottomless drinks and fries. It's a pretty nostalgic burger joint for me. My family and I stopped by here while waiting for our car to get new shoes at Costco. I ordered the Royal red Robin burger medium, egg sunny side up. See photo, it was missing the tomato and the bacon. The patty quality was similar to McDonalds, for the price I would much rather have had Five Guys. Not to mention the people in the kitchen were making a ruckus banging on stuff playing drums. I won't be returning to this place or recommending anyone this establishment.
Updating my review for this Red Robin. Came today 5/7/22 and it was so much better than the last time we came here during the pandemic. It is wonderful to see them back to the restaurant we love. We arrived at the end of lunch rush, 2 large groups in front of us and asked to be seated in the bar, which they were able to do righr away. The bartender, Devon, was super busy tending the whole restaurant but attended to us quickly. Our food came out fast and it was just like we remember. So glad we don't have to give up our addiction to fire sauce.
This review is only applicable to the Lacey location. The food was great as usual, but the service was not as good as I expected. We went at a slower time of day, so I figured we would be in and out relatively quickly. However, we had to wait a long time to be served and our server forgot our requests more than once. One time we had to flag down another server to get service because ours forgot about us entirely. We spent over two hours there, and most of that time was spent waiting.I still love Red Robin, but the service at this location has unfortunately declined.
One of the smallest Red Robin’s I’ve ever been to, but the food and service were great as always. Would recommend calling ahead and getting on the list if you plan on dining in during peak business hours. The lobby area gets crowded quickly with just a half dozen people in it and the parking lot isn’t much different and is equally cramped in this busy shopping center.
Food was good but waiting for about 20-25 minutes in between acknowledgements was terrible. Unfortunately it was my birthday which was upsetting to also receive ice cold desserts after one of those 20 minute waits. Please do better. No excuse to ignore customers.
Stopped for a quick bite- fish and chips nice n hot crispy great taste, fries fresh. Servers were on it. Easy on & off I-5 too! We will stop again
The staff was extremely friendly, engaging, and very pleasant to interact with. My burger was cooked the exact way that I liked, and it was extremely delicious. Devon (sp?) was awesome to interact with and he made me feel welcomed. This was the first time I have been to a Red Robin by myself and honestly felt really welcomed and not awkward like I thought it would be. Might start doing this more often when I have the craving for it and none of my friends are available to eat with me.
Service was great. Our hostess was very friendly and took good care of us. The food was horrible. Our hostess got some fries ordered and coming our way. When they arrived (2 baskets 1 garlic, 1 regular) they were ice gold. Nothing tastes worse than cold fries. We told our hostess when the food came out and she got us some more, fresh and hot fries. Even the fries that came with the food were cold. They have also changed several recipes. I am no longer a fan.
ordered fried pickles and there’s a hair in the campfire mayo.response to owner..there’s nothing to talk about.. i received my refund. just keep hair out of the food.
