I've been going to this location once a month or so and I keep coming here because I enjoy the food of popeyes but the service usually sucks and I've had a total of more problems with going here than a smooth drive thru experience. When I order sweet tea literally, (and I do mean literally) half the time it's not sweet at all and they gave me plain boring tea. I've had everything but the main course in my bag having to go back to grab a sandwich or missing a shrimp box and this happens every few visits or so. It's been quite a while now and I just don't see them ever changing the quality of their service.
Ordered nuggets and popcorn shrimp - fast and tasty! I also requested to break $40 into $1s and $5s, and the gentleman who took my order also took care of it promptly and professionally.I'm sure it's not everyday I get lucky with awesome staff but it is what it is.
Ordered our food, got to the window and paid. Then they tell us they don't have items we paid for. Gave us the wrong food items and the tacklebox shrimp were not only burnt to a dark brown, but were also cold and hard.Popeyes used to be one of my favorite places for a chicken sandwich or shrimp box but not any more. Tired of the poor service and quality of food.
Have been going here since it opened. Literally get the same thing because I don't like change: 5 piece with large mash/gravy and gravy as my dipping sauce.Something has changed. The last two times I went they are trying to charge extra for some gravy to dip my tenders in. Why the change when it's always been my dipping sauce before?
I waited so long the entire line behind me, about 4 cars deep had left. I of course did not have my food ready when I got to the window and actually had to sit an entire 13 more minutes for my food. oh... all the while sitting pulled forward of the window as they continued to service other customers. What a terrible experience, I would pay double this overpriced menu to go to any other restaurant. take a pass when thinking about Popeyes... their food is sub par and their employees are worse. Give your money away before spending it here.Edited to note- they did not in any way seem to be short staffed.
Extremely slow service. I was picking up a to go order. I was at the counter for several minutes before I was acknowledged. Once they checked with me I told them the name it was under. I stood back and waited. I heard them call several names and order numbers while I waited. After about 15 minutes they asked what I was waiting for. I told them and it was sitting on the counter. They had failed to call out my order and it had been sitting there for over 5 minutes.
Was wanting a chicken sandwich for days so went and got one. Asked for extra pickles on it. Got 1 pickle and there was so much breading one it could not find the chicken and the breading was so greasy that you could squeeze the oil out. It’s been a few years that I have been there and first time for the sandwich. The guy behind the counter had the Dirtiest clothes on (gross). Will not be going back or recommend this one
Slowest drive-thru service ever. Just left there, paid $17 for a five-piece tender meal. Ordered Cajun fries, 2 ranch and 2 extra biscuits. Paid for it all, it's ony receipt. I have no extra biscuits in my bag, no ranch, t no fries. There's a big ball of mashed potatoes with hardly any gravy and not a spoon to eat it with. So basically paid $17 for 5 tiny chicken tenders. Worst service ever. Huge line, took forever the first time through so I'm not going back through to correct it. Won't be back.
I'm from Louisiana and I like spicy chicken. Popeyes chicken up north isn't as spicy as it is down south. I love my Popeyes chicken but they need to make the chicken a little more hot where you can taste that southern style.
The team at this Popeyes goes above and beyond to make sure to meet people’s needs under high pressure. As the only Popeyes in the area, the drive thru is consistently busy and the workers do their best to get food out as fast as they can. Their service is impeccable and I am so happy to have the opportunity to go to this Popeyes for lunch whenever I work. The workers know me and what I order and take time to get it right. They do their best to make sure people’s orders are properly prioritized based on what they order in what volume and do their best to make things right when something goes wrong. As someone who has worked in Fast Food, I am impressed at the resiliency of this crew and the way that they respond to business needs as efficiently as possible.
