Never had their pizza so i figured i would give them a try. Big mistake ? was told 10-24 min waited for a hour ☹️ then when it arrived it was burnt ? i even gave a tip of %25 when i ordered. 1 star is generous after the excuses given when i call 2 times.
There were signs everywhere that wearing masks are required, yet 2 of the 3 employees I could see working there had their masks tucked under their chin, and all were working in the kitchen. I guess the mask mandate only applies to customers and not employees?Additionally, when I walked in for my carry-out order, I told them what pizza I was there for and was told it would be 5 more minutes. No problem, so I stood inside out of the way and waited. While waiting, I watched pizza after pizza get boxed up and set aside. 15 minutes later, the Same Person asked me why I was there. Turns out the pizza I was there to pick up, had been sitting on the rack getting cold for the past 10 minutes while I stood there waiting for it.Lastly, when I got home with the pizza, it wasn't even correct. I ordered chicken, jalapenos, and philly steak and got no chicken on the pizza at all.Honestly I should have read the reviews for this particular location, because they are horrible across the board. Whoever is in charge of this franchise might want to think about getting some competent management and staff.
Ordered 4 pies and soda. Arrived on time. Friendly delivery. Pies arrived hot/well made and soda was ice cold.
Ordered 2 pizzas and cheese sticks, didn’t receive my cheese sticks delivery driver dropped off food and drove off. Called the store and they pretty much didn’t do anything about it, told me they had no more delivery drivers for the night and they turned their ovens off. Disappointing customer service.
I ordered 3 Shaq pizzas for 4 guys. Great value. We had pizza for several days.
This place takes so long for the smallest order, I mean consistently takes forever!! With all the bad reviews you'd think corporate would look into fixing this place up or shutting it down!
Why say curbside order and then say they are doing you a favor to bring it curbside.
2nd time I have tried to swing by to get a pizza. It has been closed when it was scheduled to be open. Totally disappointing. I don't think I'll try again, my nostalgia has found its limit.
Paid for extra jalapeños and got even less than the normal amount. Garlic sauce was crushed in the box and spilled everywhere before we even got the pizza. Not impressed; probably find a new spot.
Wow. Prices way up. Good quality and correctly made.
