This is about the 3rd time that we have ordered take out from them and gotten the wrong food.. The management management and people they employ here are clearly not very Careful about what they do. In addition to that the rice that we got was not fully cooked. Getting to the point where Panda Express is just not appealing anymore because the company seems to be falling apart comment at least in our local locations patience.
This is the worst panda express I've personally been to, and I've been to a lot, the store is usually frozen cold, with a line that wraps around the store throughout the whole day. They will skimp on portions, and all of the food that has breading is soggy, this place is suffering from bad owners and bad management, id save my money and almost eat anywhere else
I ordered online for a pickup time of 650pm and my food wasn't ready until 740pm. Whatever you do don't online order from here. People were just walking in and getting out with their food faster than us. It was probably the worst experience I've had at panda express.
It was 5pm. I knew the store would be busy. True enough, when it was my turn to order, the frontliner told me to wait 5 minutes for my steak. That was fine. 10 minutes went by, then 15, then 25. All that time, I observed the cook (the tallest in the group) not listening to the orders of the ones in front. Finally, the steak got cooked. The cook kept shouting to the front staff that the order was ready, but the front staff kept ignoring him. More people came in and their orders were filled while mine got forgotten. If I didn't lose my temper, nobody would have bothered to take care of my order. You should train your staff better. If it's going to take longer than the promised time, at least inform your customers. Treat all your customers fairly, equally.
My favorite fast food place, I walked in 20 mins before close. Everyone was so nice and the food was hot and fresh
Manager was sitting in the corner of the room, while their staff is going super slow… Front staff needs to communicate with the kitchen staff to ensure the items they are selling the most is being prep in advance while they are serving and not wait till they are out then tell the staff to start cooking. I waited over 30mins for teriyaki chicken, and the staff told me about 10 mins, and the rest of my food is sitting there COLD. Staff was nice and offer me a drink, but waiting over 30 mins from the initial walk in, should be offered more than a a drink.
Horrible wait. Ordered and then waited forever while the food we were waiting for came out and they served other people who ordered 15 min after we ordered.
Service is super slow. I order ahead and arrive late 10 minutes late and my food is still now ready. Food quality is consistent though.
Food okay i guess. Called in order twice now and have to wait while they make it when you arrive at appointed time. I'm still waiting 15min after pickup time in the store for a second time in 2mo.
Come to this location and enjoy the experience of waiting. While you wait, enjoy watching them serve several people who have come in way after you, the items you have been waiting for, because they only make small amounts at a time. Foods great though.
