Price and size for the pie is great, pizza tatse and texture was average. Service was good and store was clean. Overall experience was good!
It's good pizza as long as it's cooked long enough. Last few times our food has been under cooked. And if you order on a delivery service you have to pay 2 dollars for like one tablespoon of marinara if you get the bread .
Inexpensive Pizza. Not bad not great . I would say better than Domino's & pizza Hut.
Ordered for delivery but they didn't have boxes! Restaurant refused to cancel the order on their end even though it was their fault. Had to fight for a refund on an order I would never receive! Incredibly disappointing, won't be using them again.
It fills the gut at a reasonable price. From the pass reviews I was expecting a little more. One reviewer said it's a fast food pizza joint comparable to Little Caesars that's the most accurate description. Service was as any other fast food joint. I ordered three pizzas two with thin crust and extra crispy could not tell the difference between the three pizzas. Crust is doughy, skimpy ingredients. Good place if you're in a hurry and looking for something to fill you up at a cheap price.
The customer service is terrible by management and the owner. I had a promotion coupon for a buy BOGO up to $10 from a cellphone carrier and called to ask about it. The gentleman I spoke to said he didn't see it in the system but said they would honor it and took my name down. The next day when I went in I spoke to the Tammy the manager and explained the situation. She saw my name written down and said she had 5 people come in that day about it. Due to her incompetence she asked the cook about it and he said yes they have been honoring it. She then got an attitude with me like I was inconveniencing her at the register. She then yelled to the cook that $10 was a lot and basically too much of a discount. The cook said fine then call Mary the owner. So she called the owner and she said she was unaware of the promotion and not to honor it.Customer service is very important. Not only did they tell me over the phone that they would honor it, I based my lunch plans around the integrity of what they told me only to be told no. Not even an apology or anything to make it somewhat right by Tammy the manager. I was a returning customer so by this not only did they lose me as a customer but my circle of friends as well.
Vinny is the best for takeout. They are so good and you can't go wrong.

What kind of pizza do they have you might ask well that's too many questions. All you need to know is Get the New York xl size for giant foldable slices for you to eat while you're exploring the big city known as Hawks prairie. Maybe you need some wings and a little sauce. that's okay New York Vinny's has you covered with wings so good your cousin Vito's going to be coming in from out of town just to try them. Now don't let him sleep on the couch too long he's family but that don't mean he gets a free ride. Okay now I'll admit sometimes their Pizza is a little undercooked but the service is great the food is delicious and it's only like a couple of bucks for the biggest pizza pie that you can imagine. so go on down and try out New York vinnies, cuz if you're thinking about trying some other pizza place fuggit aboud it ehhhhhhh
pizza cheese tasted like someone puked on it before serving it and the bread was thinner then kanye west and kim k relationship, this is the worst pizza place in washington, save yo money for drip cuz this place is simply a waste of money.
Had a big party that I was buying pizza for....tried calling Now York Vinnys 5 times after they opened at 11,and nobody picks up the phone.As I'm sure there pizza is good,Ill never know because nobody answered the phone.Guess they didn't want my money.Ended calling in a 150$ pizza order somewhere else.Oh well.....
