Pretty tasty, I like the poke/meat options. I thought the price was pretty good compared to other food options.I don't come to lacey much, it be cool to see this closer to the seattle area :(

Food wasn't that great. Tuna in my poke-style dish was chewy and not very colorful. Even with sauce the dish was bland by about the middle.In terms of of poke, it was pretty disappointing and very overpriced for poor quality.You might have better luck with their other dishes but I'd advise looking elsewhere for poke/fish.

50% of tuna was extremely chewy (and you don't get a lot to begin with.) $15+ for a bowl if you add avocado, and with chewy fish definitely not worth it. Was my first time here and had heard good things, so hopefully it was just a bad day.

Food is mediocre for price, we will no longer patronize Miso. Ordered crab salad bowl and crab noodle bowl and there was scarcely any crab! This second time in a row this has happened. There are other take out options that are better for when one doesn’t want to cook dinner.

I work in hospitality so felt compelled to write a review. Food is good here, but any businessman/woman understands that customer service plays an integral part of success in any business. This was my first visit here, and as such, I was unfamiliar with the restaurant. I decided to go through the drive through and the lady speaking over the intercom was nice, however there was another gentleman at the front window who was very impatient, rude and seemed easily irritable. To this young man - being patient and accommodating goes a long way. Your attitude was horrible and off putting.While the food was pretty decent, I most likely will never come to this place again because of poor customer service.

Enjoy this place so much! Today the customer service was a little off. They charged the wrong order to my card. I told the employee that’s not my order and took the receipt back. Went to another employee and they both couldn’t figure out how to void or correct the mistake. After about 10 min the employee said I “voided” you shouldn’t be charged. I said okay. She said I will now charge you! I’m fine paying but a sorry for a mistake goes a long way. I’m a very patience and understanding but that was a huge turn off. Don’t let the service turn you off the food is great!

It was my first time going there and they explain to me how everything was made and what to do it was great the food was really good to be honest I was surprised

The service was great and I don't blame the emoyees at all. But the roasted chicken is slimy and flavorless, the corn salsa is like corn slathered in mayo and I didn't want the Mayo dressing so was told the creamy sauce was not Mayo but it was for sure Mayo based ...

HORRIBLE - please don’t eat here!!!! Horrible customer service and equally horrible food. Im disgusted they claim to be healthy - we had GREY tuna. This place should be shut down. What I could eat was cheap and had horrible flavor.To the owner: regardless of the color of the tuna or even how good you think the photos of your food is - it tasted awful. That food went straight in the trash. Appreciate your business sense to apologize though, great customer care you got there.

Omg this place is so AMAZING! My food was so good, I’m mad I live in Tacoma and didn’t order extra to go lol!! No fr clean, friendly, great service and food is bomb! I don’t feel heavy and sluggish just full and light though! I’m definitely recommending this place to everyone, and I’ll be back this is our new favorite spot!!!!
