I understand with fast food keeping everyone happy with all the orders can be a challenge. That said the consistency of either not getting what I asked for or missing sandwiches, nuggets and drinks has driven me to do the unspeakable. A bad Google review. Seriously though I can tell the only concern is getting people through as fast as possible. Please consider taking your business to a place not so overwhelmed.
I would avoid this particular McDonald's... I either am missing an item or my order is wrong... but today takes the whole enchilada. We got some breakfast bundle that they had a deal on. We had 2 missing sandwiches and to make matters worse, the sandwiches we did get.. one had EGG SHELLS... my husband bit down and spit out egg shells... and the other one.. was burnt. I understand that it gets busy and sometimes overwhelming, but that's no excuse for being petty and angry that people are ordering food where you work... that'swhy it's work. I'll still get McDonald's, but we are just not coming anywhere near this one again. The one in sleater Kinney is better in quality and customer service.
I used to go here a lot because it was reliable and consistent. Last time I went there my burger was gross and all my fries were soggy and I threw up a number of times. As soon as the burger and fries got out of my body I felt a lot better. I can't bring myself to come back here after getting sick like that. There is no excuse for it.
This McDonalds was as fast as they were busy, and the food was fresh. I'd say they are one of the best McDonalds to visit in Thurston County. No complaints from me, and I've visited this particular location at least once a year for the last 15 years. ?

I visit this location frequently because of my work location, I have numerous issues with the staff forgetting my food within my order, and also I have had them send me to drive tru stall 1 or 2 and completely forget to being me my order to the point I have had to get out of my vehicle and come inside to remind them that I was outside for 5-10 minutes, there have been two occasions that I actually had to reorder because they didn't even remember it. I was pretty furious and although keeping my cool. The last encounter the manager told me that's how the service was because the had "youngins" working and the quality of employment right now isn't good.
I absolutely hate this McDonald's. The staff is incompetent, & rude. They don't honor there own coupons, on their app. It's impossible to get a good deal here. You would think it's coming out of their pocket. I avoid this McDonald's at all cost. They would rather turn you're business away, then be accommodating. I ended up spending nothing & leaving. I wont be going back.
I've gone to this McDonald's since I was a kid. Its pretty much on par with every McDonald's. It's clean, quick, and the soda is as consistent as ever. I would recommend a large coke, and maybe a double cheeseburger. I like the chopped onions, and adding mayo and lettuce. It spruces things up a bit in my opinion. I haven't been inside for a couple years with the whole epidemic going on, but I'd imagine it's pretty much the same. Overall, if you're looking for a McDonald's and you find yourself here, you'll be at the right place and depending on your expectations, you most likely won't be disappointed. I sure wasn't.
This is honestly the best McDonald's I've ever experienced.The staff is always kind and when I say it's the best McDonald's food I've ever had with always super hot fries...My hometown McDonald's could never.
Terrible service from tj constantly complaining and running down customers
