Every time we have an online order were picking up its always not ready regardless of what we order. The last string was when we ordered two sundae. So we drove for 10 mins to get there then we waited for another 10 at the curbside pickup after checking in. So I decided to come in and guess what, they havent started my order only until I came in. How hard is it to make a sundae. Its always like that they only start working on your order when you come in the store. Whats the point of online order if you dont meet timeline. They would prioritize drive thru orders. Obviously those who drove to the drive thru doesnt mind waiting and online orders dont want to wait for their order so they will order ahead of time. Is it that hard of a concept to grab? I know they get busy but its ridiculous to see drive thru line disappears before they complete mine and I only wanted a sundae. I wish they would learn to prioritize orders or work on them as they come regardless if its in person or online order

This McDonald's has become such a massive disappointment. It seems like every 2/3 times I go there, they either have cones in front of the drive thru, or a piece of paper on the speaker for ordering saying "closed."What is going on? Is it because of a lack of employees, or what? They say 24 hours but during the night I can NEVER get food here. It's beyond frustrating. I've wasted so much time driving here, just to find out it's closed even though it says "open" online.tl;dr- Don't go to this one. At least not at night. Go to the hawks prairie one, because they're at least actually open when they say they are.

I live close to this location, but I'd rather drive 15 minutes to the other ones than eat here normally. I gambled this morning because breakfast was almost done being served. I had to repeat my order 3 times at the speaker. I asked for a bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit but with ham instead of bacon. The person didn't understand or even attempt to fix it. I clarified at the window and she didn't even fix it then. I'd call and complain, but every time I'm in there I see managers literally screaming at the employees. Not worth your time to go here. I'll stick to the one further away.

Was told to park at drive thru, manager with Shaved head with top braid berated me on the phone as well as uber agent after lying about me not being parked. I waited over 20 minutes and snuck in the employee door since lobby was locked. She lied to my face and yelled at me again. 3 crew members and the male manager stared for at least 10 minutes of the wait time. They had attitudes but no gloves or masks while handling food. The manager with the beanie and top braid are horrible to their employees. The men with long hair don't wear hairnets or their hair up and touch their hair then food without washing hands or gloves. This is my 5th written complaint for the behavior and attitude of beanie manager and top braid manager. They've only gotten worse. Top braid likes to lie and say I didn't give her a code for dd or uber even though I literally tell them "no I didn't use the mobile app. I'm a dasher, code is___" and often tries to give me normal customers food. She still gives them that food I touched to the customer after me in drive thru. Illegal. She also berates me even though I told her the code at the speaker. That's happened 3 times in the last 2 weeks. Incompetent, rude, and unclean without masks or gloves and doesn't enforce her kitchen to wear them either. Health and covid violation. Should be shut down by the CDC.

Female manager with long black nails very rudely "placed" my food on the counter. More like toss. Very unprovoked. Didn't even order with her. I do not expect fake smiles. I do not expect fake conversation. But I do expect A MANAGER to politely hand me my food if she is too short to reach the counter. Which she wasn't. Maybe I'll be rude too next time.

Raw burgers more than once. Called to complain and the manager said he knew about it but customers would have to deal with it until they got their grill fixed. Not to count their staff has always got an attitude.

Staff are quick, usually polite, only downside is the line can sometimes be incredibly long.It's a McDonald's, food tastes the same as every other McDonald's.

Absolutely the worst McDonald's I've been to. They never can get the order right. Funny thing is , this has happened for over 10 years. Apparently management doesn't care. What a shame

I've used this location for years since moving to Washington, and in the last year the quality of the food, staff, and pricing has been horrible. I usually order through the 3rd party apps lately but every single time I get food from here, in person or otherwise something is not correct and tonight was the last straw for me because they left out my child's food. When I have brought this type of thing up to management via phonecalls I get the cold shoulder and someone on the other end whose last priority appears to be customer service. When issues arise here the 3rd party apps treat me so much better than the actual restaurant. Serious disappointment for one of my local places close to my home. Will no longer be using this location, and will take the extra time to go across town if I want McDonald's because that store hasn't screwed up my orders. It may be a chain, but every one is different and you should steer clear of this one. Burger King and Dairy Queen are on the same block if you need a burger that bad, and both are leagues above here for customer service and order accuracy.

DoorDash order was cancelled after they already confirmed the order and had been preparing it for 40 minutes.. the reason for the cancellation was that the restaurant was closed-when it wasn’t. If you don’t want to work just go sit at home. Not sure why you’d bother showing up to a job where you don’t give af and actively go out of your way to give people negative experiences. Makes no sense.
