The frys were great, but they didn't give us the honey mustard for the nuggets, after telling them 5 times and paying for 2 extra. We were already on the Freeway when we found out, wasn't able to go back. The 2 Big Mac's that came with the bundle, one was for me, it didn't taste good. Asked if someone else wanted to try it, they ate it. Them and other person that ate the other one not even a half hour to 45 minutes later we had to get off the Freeway so they could go to the restroom. Both had vomiting and diarrhea, and didn't feel good the rest of the day.
The lady that brought me my food seems to have recognized me and says that she seems to be the only person who ever brings delivery orders out to me. This was the 1st time I had ever ordered pick up from McDonald's. She was very nice and made me giggle but I find it really funny that she thought she knew me and I'd never met this woman before in my life..
Never have my food fresh when I say fresh to order and they get mad when I come back telling them ..I don't need you I cook ,the fries are life
The only thing I REALLY want from McDonald's is sweet tea with light ice. When you fail to add sugar or remove ice from that order multiple times, it's a personnel problem. it wasn't always like this
So tired of half cooked fries , McDonald's use to pride themselves on there fries now there just soggy , uncooked and a waste of $$ .Obviously you can't put out a good product because the staff panics about getting the food out so fast they don't cook the fries properly.The commercials don't reflect the product
Wow all we ordered was a caramel frappe and 3 chocolate chip cookies and we had to wait on the cookies to be made? Why didnt they just say that they didn’t have any cookies ready. We just left after waiting so long for the cookies. Horrible service and just a lack of communication.
I don't know what's going on with McDonald's but they can't seem to compete with Wendy's anymore. Ice cream machine always down, closed early, employees hanging outside smoking watching all the traffic going through Wendy's as if they're wondering why they're not going to McDonald's instead. I just don't even trust going to McDonald's anymore and would avoid especially since they found chemicals in the packaging for their food.
My wife got a big Mac from here and got very ill last night into the morning. We suspect food poisoning. It was the only thing she ate yesterday day that no one else did.
Went to order food in the drive though at 10pm. Waited for 15 minutes to get up to the window only to be told that they closes at 10 and we've wasted our time and gas. There was no signage to tell us about the change in hours, all the lights were on when we pulled up. I'd rate this no stars if i was able.
The sweet tea always tastes watered down, the burgers are made with little care, it seems like they are just thrown together as fast as possible overall not terrible but definitely one of the worse McDonald’s.Got order wrong twice in a row one time, this is just not right, The amount of pain my bowels went through for cheeseburgers with just onions and Mac sauce was unreal. ?? Sweet Tea is still terrible at this location, every time I get it it tastes like water with a hint of sugar and tea, every other McDonald’s has good tea so idk
