Ordered breasticks and small pepperoni pizza. Left after 45 minutes and seeing the person pressing the dough pick his nose and run his hand through his hair and continue on no gloves or hairnets.Money handling them food with no gloves. Definately don't feel safe eating the pizza, asked for a refund and was told no.
Placed an order online at 4:30pm on 05/07/22. Email said it would be ready between 4:55-5pm. Arrived there at 4:57. Waited until 5:15 to go back to the car, still no order. Decided to go back in at 5:23pm and cancel the order. I asked the lady at the front politely to please cancel the order, gave her my name & she said it was getting packed. I said to her, I would just like to cancel and get my money back please. Then she walked away & didn’t say anything. Since I had my youngest w/me, patience was no longer there. Got an email from them at 5:45 saying my order was finally ready. I called to try & request my refund as I wasn’t coming back and like got disconnected. Called back the next day and spoke to a woman who said I need to call the 800# since I paid online with a card. Called over 3 times and left 3 voicemails and no one has called me back. Had to file a dispute for the charge.
Some of the slowest service I’ve ever seen told me 10-15 mins ish ended up sitting here for almost an hour for 2 large pizzas. Like come on at least don’t lie to us
This Little Ceasars has an awesome employee named Richard O. Every time I go there Richard's awesome attitude is infectious to all the customers while I am there. The pizza is great, Richard's customer service is even better. Thank you Richard. Your attitude is part of why I come back!
I never write google reviews but here goes:It was 6:50pm on a Friday night. I was craving deep dish pizza from little ceasars. I live a good 20 minutes from lacey, so I decided to order online so I wouldn't have to wait too long. I set the time for 7:45 just in case there was traffic. I got to the store okay and popped in at the right time, 2 gentlemen were ahead of me ordering from the hot and ready bar. Alas, my food wasn't ready. No biggie, the app said 7:45-7:50. The man working the counter asks if I was online ordering and then for my name. He said that it was almost ready. More customers come in and the man is running around frantic trying to get pizzas done. He piles up my food when I tell him it should be 2 deep dishes, and he tells me it's gonna be a bit of a wait. No problem, I don't have plans. More and more people walk in. The man apologizes to everyone, he said that the general manager walked out, almost everyone was on break, and nobody else knew the menu yet. I decided to chat up the other customers who were waiting on online orders when a second employee walked out. We thought he was quitting. He came back in shortly after with a drink from subway. Are you kidding me? Everyone deserves breaks but you left your coworkers hanging for a soda. The original employee tells the lobby full of about 13 people that new orders were gonna take an hour to complete. Several disgruntled people left and the ones still waiting with me became increasingly frustrated and rude to this guy. He manages to get the pizzas to the other people and finally gets my deep dish out. I ask for his name and the direction of the tip jar. It was 8:05. Richard, I hope you're reading this and know that I wish I could have given more than a 10$ but I was short on petty cash. These five stars are for you, I can't imagine handling a lobby of rude people and a kitchen full of newbies while still prepping food. You rock!!
MUST READ!!!!! DON’T LET IT HAPPEN TO YOU!!! I thought this was an isolated incident. Almost a year ago I was out on a list for my next order to be free because the following had helped to me back then. I decided to try again maybe it was an isolated incident. I got here at 1614 and ordered one classic peps two bread sticks, a Batman pizza and a meat lovers. As I’m writing this I am STILL WAITING FOR MY ORDER. I went in THREE times to check and even mentioned I have been here an hour already. It’s bad enough that one person walked passed the counter and said someone will be with me shortly. The people walked by looked at me and kept walking. One lady who helped several white customers in front of me looked at me and walked away and stood near the pans and dough. I tried to get her attention and looked at me and said someone will be there. During which, six white customers got their orders. Another white customers apologized to me and spoke up on def ears. I had to go back and wait in my truck. I just got my order and mentioned I ordered a Batman like the other customers that got a poster with their order. I was ignored. I just NOW 1730 got my pizza. No greeting and nothing was said by any of the employees. I IMPLORE NO ONE MUCH LESS MINORITIES GO HERE!
Went to get 1 pepperoni pizza at 11:45 am. None were hot and ready. I was charged 4 times for the one pizza. Had to wait for 15 minutes while they made the pizza. The man working there was rude and would not listen about the charge going through, so I paid 30 some dollars for one pepperoni pizza. They were so unprepared, they were turning customers away.
I only have one arm. It would be really helpful if you could cut the pizza through the crust instead of just the cheese. :'(
Ordered a cheese pizza. Looked at it . it was pepperoni. Did not want to go back in. Usually go to lc in a different town. I would recommend just make sure u get what u ordered
I called in a order. Got the pizza and it wasn't even what I ordered. Took it back in and they offered to remake my pizza. The girl at the front was handling money, answered the phone, and was adjusting her face mask. She then went straight back and dug in the cheese without even washing her hands before handling the food. Right then I asked for my money back. I proceeded to tell the manager why I wanted my money back and they had a attitude like I did something wrong. I'm not trying to get sick. I just wonder how many other people they have done this to. No regard what they touch and serve to people!
