The food was delicious and the best presentation I've experienced in a long time. The wow factor is the attention to detail going above and beyond with the orchids. Our waitress was also top-class. She was funny and friendly as well as patient while I perused the amazing menu. If I'm ever back in Olympia I want to eat here! Also one more thing... The free miso soup appetizer was such a pleasant surprise.

We were welcomed by the friendly staff vy the entrance. We called in ahead of time for reservations.Area was kept pretty clean, although some of the tables were a bit sticky, not a bummer. Food taste great, prices decent during these times. Overall a good spot to grab a bite to eat, especially if you're craving for sushi.Surrounding areas are Fred Meyers, Target and some other restaurants. Highly recommend this place. Immediatley after you can walk to other areas for deserts or other great cuisines.

Everything here was delicious! The staff was friendly, happy, and quick to serve. The menu has a variety of entrees and appetizers that are typical of a sushi/bento box restaurant but they offer their own style of rolls too. There is truly something for everyone here. They had the best Orange Chicken I've ever had! And the prices were very reasonable. I highly recommend Koibito in Lacey.

Got the dinner bento, the house tea, some pork buns, and miso soup. Every thing was good, but best out of the lot was the teriyaki chicken and the miso

Food is good but I thing the language barrier prevents them from always getting the order right. We ordered 2 sushi rolls, chicken teriyaki, fried rice and an extra side of steamed vegetables. The order came out to $83. When I called them on it they said we had 3 sushi rolls and everything else. Compared to other restaurants we did not get $83 worth of food. Again the food was good but make sure you get what you pay for because I didn't.

Great serviceSushi was served on a boat which made the food fun. Sushi was really good

Disappointing. Paid about $15 for a specialty roll for take out lunch. When I opened it, about 5 skinny pieces of sushi. Less than half the size of any other sushi place in Oly, including the other Koibito locations. The sushi tasted bland and watered down. Such a waste.

Very tasty food, huge selection on sushi. Friendly staff, Quick Service.

This week, I placed an order over the phone, was like $51 + change. When I showed up, the man at the cash register told me that since I was paying cash, he only needed $45.00 I paid the man, thanked him and left with my order. As I am in the parking lot, a woman comes out of the restaurant yelling my name and demanding more $$, seems the cash discount had already been applied and that the $51+change was the correct total.A reputable business will never chase a patron down in the parking lot to correct a mistake THEY have made. The proper business path here is to eat your mistake, and education the man at the register.

Great sushi great service. Probably the most expensive sushi in the area but it's also probably the best sushi.
