Went here a few weeks earlier, and got a 2 peice meal combo. The mash potatoes were clumps of power potatoes, with gravy over them. So when I went this time I asked for mac and cheese instead of potatoes, they said that they can't do that. So I just got a order of mac and cheese and coleslaw. The macaroni was really soft, over cooked almost a mush texture. I'm not thinking I'll be returning to this place.

Today was my first time there. I thought if I went to Lacey instead of Puyallup I might get better service in a cleaner environment. The guy at the counter charged me for two orders when I clearly said one order and an extra drum stick. I could not understand one word of whatever language he was speaking. It seems like employees of KFC everywhere in this area are so unhappy and they are going to drive us away, working themselves right out of a job. I also used the restroom and nearly slipped and fell because the floor was so greasy! They probably use dirty, greasy water from the kitchen floor for the restroom floor too. Unbelievable. I won't be back. I'll take my hard-earned money elsewhere.
Every single time I go here they mess up my order and forget stuff and the food is never fresh. Avoid if you can.
Got my order wrong I order 9 pc chicken tenders and they gave me 9 pc original chicken would not come back to this location very disappointed.
Chicken, mashed potatoes, and corn in a plastic bowl, all ready for me to just start eating? Heck yes I'm all in. Plus I'm a Pepsi Girl, and they've got that. Yum! (I wish their cookies weren't garbage though...)
When I spilled my drink down my dress after dropping my sandwhich in my cleavage they were kind enough to replace them both and let me change inside.. instinctively taking off the dress... well I had nothing under so i had to grab my trench coat... sigh I hate living in car...
Very fast, the chicken was good and the sides were good! Everything I would expect from a good kfc. The restaurant was clean as well!
Good customer service, but they were out of honey. Figured if I'm spending over $50, I'd really appreciate honey for my biscuit.
One of my top 5 favorites for fast food. The new fries are Extremely tasty and delicious! I have never used the word delicious in reference to a fast food place before!
