Ordered a three-piece meal that was supposed to be white and dark meat, only got dark. Didn't get any coleslaw and everything was cold. Tried to call, but couldn't get through. I don't recommend the Lacey KFC. Also I guess they have different three piece meals make sure you get the right one. Don't forget your coupon too, they won't give you the discount without it.
They'll ask if you want to try an apple pie or cookie.. the one time I say yes to desert they forget to put it in the bag!! Then I try to call and they don't even answer their phone.... after reading some of the other reviews below, it seems this location forgets a LOT. Check your order before you pull away... Not worth the price.Chicken littles are $3.19!!!!! (Not worth it)Half a chicken tender, glob of mayo, two pickle coins and bread. The original, back 35 years ago... SO much better. Same concept, no pickles but a leaf of lettuce and not as much mayo.Can't believe for $0.80 more cents you can get a regular size chicken sandwich.Perspective...8 littles for $25.52+tax = never getting these again.
The Biscuits were hard as Rocks, but the ? Chicken was good this time!
Fast drive thru friendly service. Great food nice and hot. Smells so good; almost pulled over to eat before going home. Don't think the kids would have agreed.
I would have given 4 or 5 stars but for the second time in a row they didn't give the cookies we requested. It's not about the money it's the point this time of asking them and reminding then to make sure we got our cookies after they had us pull off to the side and wait for our tenders. To find out they didn't put them in and I needed to go inside and request what I had paid for.
This is the second time… I give it a chance because I talked to the manager but they did it again, First time I ordered the family feast, they give me one honey for 4 biscuits no silverware and the chicken was raw, pink and bloody, today I visited again ordered 3 piece of extra crispy chicken come home, to see that the chicken was raw, pink a bloody again! People can get sick from this! Please be aware when you eat the chicken Im definitely not coming back they already did it twice!!!
Before I went to KFC I looked at their menu online at my local KFC...Once I got there and went in I was told I couldn't oder what I saw online. So I ordered their NEW Hot 5 piece tenders.By the time I drove the 3 minutes to get home the tenders were soaking in grease... Picture included here.Needless to say, I am very disappointed in what KFC is offering for $10.99 a bowl of grease.
quit going to the lacey location because of cold food and missing items. went back tonight after 3 months for a change and still missing items , apparently you get no sauces qhen you request them missing half the combo but lots of butter in the bag even though we had no biscuits. horrible service. drive to tumwater at least you get what you ordered.
They forgot my gravy... I asked to switch the breast for a thigh and they didn't do that.Non communication (mentioning "behind you" to another employee) resulting in the employee asking if I've been help bumping his head into the tray another employee was carrying.Food quality was great, fries were a little on the salty side.Employees were fast and friendly.
