The ambiance at Juniper Coffee Co is nice but don’t let that fool you!!The online pictures DO NOT reflect the actual food! They show eggs and real bacon but deliver a pre-made, tasteless egg wedge on an under-toasted bagel! The sauces are horrible!The staff has no customer service skills! It’s almost like you are bothering them when you order!We are NOT going back and would never recommend this place unless you just want a nice place to sit
Like a lot of others said, food and coffee are good, customer service severely lacking. After waiting 10 minutes for one of our coffees, we walked to the counter to the two employees who were sitting on their phones and asked the status of the mocha. They said "we don't have an order for that" even though we had just paid and no one else had been in. They finally checked the computer and saw that it WAS ordered and paid for. So they said "okay" and made the drink. No apology, nothing. Very rude. Spent the majority of their time scrolling on their phones. The tables were extremely dirty. The good food and coffee aren't worth coming back

I agree with the other poster that this place is a hit or miss. While their Americano coffee is good, their seasonal drinks were not that great. I am specifically speaking about the Eggnog latte that I ordered a few times last month. The first time, I thought they forgot to put in the Eggnog. I went back the next day for the same drink- same thing no eggnog taste at all. I asked the lady at the window and she tells me, “Next time order it with full eggnog.” I’ve ordered this drink two days in a row and both times were a miss- what a waste of money as the drinks are not cheap. If this was Starbucks, they would have made you a new drink without question. I was really surprised that this lady had the audacity to say, “Next time,” Don't think there will be another next time- sorry!
Coffee is very high quality, the brownies are like none other. Keep up the great work guys!! :D
Staff is a little slow and a bit sloppy...coffee all around top of lid but coffee is excellent.

I wanted to love this place but they are a serious hit or miss. Went there with my husband on a Saturday morning and waited over 15 minutes for just 2 coffees. I would've possibly waited longer had I not asked for a refund because we had to go. On a different occasion (more recently) we ordered two breakfast sandwiches, and 2 coffees, paid close to $30 for everything. Good mocha. Burrtata was good but microwaved which wasn't what I was expecting after the other reviews. Maybe the breakfast sandwiches are made fresh? I was the only customer in the shop (I don't think the drive thru was busy at his point) and the internet wasn't working, I asked if they could reset it. They just said it was patchy/spotty and did nothing further. There were bugs and dust in the window sill. Overall it was fine just not what I expected after the other reviews were soo positive.
