Quick and tasty subs every time!
They won't help you sort things out if you make a mistake on the delivery address (my mistake, I take full responsibility for that). They'll just give you the run around and tell you it's someone else's job, and conveniently they won't be there. They may even tell you that they'll call the owner about the issue and that someone will get back to you within the hour, and then not do it. So much for great customer service. Great sandwiches, crummy customer service. I think 2 stars is proper for that.
