Hands down the best employees here. They put their customers first and makes sure they are well taken care of. Every time I walk in they are very welcoming and so helpful.
I had a nice experience @ the Yelm Hwy store. There were only two fellows working. I've never had so much attention to my order. They asked/ confirmed what the Sammy's should have on them several times. The Sammy's were clearly marked too! Excellent Job!These employees were on it!
This place is amazing! The customer service was awesome! I came in one day and it was the guy with the red bike, and the girl with the giraffe tattoo. There was a line and it was just two people so I was nervous it would take a while for them to get to me, but they were so quick and had awesome customer service!! I will definitely be returning to this location!! By far the BEST SUBS!!
Employees are transphobic. Came in yesterday (2/4) and overheard a conversation between two employees up front very freely making fun a transgender man they both know. The two were joking about that persons new pronouns and also poking fun about the person for changing his name. The two employees should have to go through some sort of sensitivity training because it also sounded like the person used to work there. One was a girl with brown hair and glasses (I'm pretty sure she's the manager!? she's always there) and the other was a man with dreads. I will not be returning to this location again
Ample parking and near other local shops, makes this a great destination on your busy day.Staff greeted with a smile, and the ambient music was an enjoyable benefit as I pondered about my day.The big Kahana was an amazing treat with a blend of melted cheese, steak, and just enough jalapeños to give it some spicy flavor.The combo is similar to other sub shops, but their root beer and vanilla is especially nice for RB fans.Store is well maintained and very nice. Also has great bathrooms that are handicap friendly. All around a big win for anyone!
My favorite is #13. All sandwiches should taste the same about in a franchise. Uhmm no, not here! I tried the Olympia location once, and never again! So yesterday I tried this location. Omg! My sandwich was fresh, delivered in a heartbeat, not soggy and definitely made with pride and care! Idk who made my sandwich with such care, but THANK YOU! It was beyond delicious I am very happy you opened in this neighborhood!
I came in one of the days everything was closed because of the snow. There was only one person there and she was so nice and so patient. She was going so fast helping customers! She was awesome and I definitely will be coming back!

This was my first time trying Jersey Mike's. I actually was really impressed! I went there cuz I was getting dinner for family who were coming into town & my brother needs gluten-free. I had the philly cheese steak and it was delicious!! The place was very clean and the 2 employees were working their tails off. Since there were only 2 of them, they were hustling the whole time. I was impressed how they stayed calm and worked quickly & efficiently despite a bunch of people waiting around & more in line. Especially notable was the one guy who was working with customers as he was very friendly & professional. That is not easy to do when in a stressful situation, so good job to them! ? I will 100% be going back!
I had the Big Kahuna it's a great sandwich there are a lot of other good ones to choose from as well
