I used to come a lot after work and the drive through is closed every single time and they don’t let me order inside. It stays closed for hours and when I ask, they say it’s a “Shift Change”. I’ve tried at 9:30 then again at 10:15 and again at 11:30 and the drive through remains closed so how long does a shift change take? When I wait for the drive through I see tons of cars drive up and leave so idk if they know how much business they’re missing out on. Also I used to order on DoorDash all the time but now every time I do, without fail, it says they got my order and they’re preparing it, and then it just cancels as if they decided not to do it.

While the workers are always very nice, I usually have to wait more than 10 minutes for food every time I've come here. The first time we tried visiting again, after at least 2 years, we swung by on the way to the airport. It took them 23 minutes to serve us two coffees, two breakfast sandwiches, and mini pancakes. The last time I went, the coffee was the worst cup I have ever tasted, and I spent years as a paramedic drinking both hospital and police station coffee. Despite proximity, I doubt I will ever be back.

Placed an order through door dash. Say the store accepted the order AND was preparing the order. The driver gets there and cancels the order saying the store was closed. So I decide to give them a call to see what their deal is. Someone answers right away. I ask if they're open and he says "yes but our drive thru is closed because I'm waiting for my co worker to get here". What???Are you the janitor? I could hear people in the back so clearly he wasn't alone. This location has always be terrible. Idk why I even try with them.

Absolutely delicious.Just had throw tiny tacos made spicy and it's just fantastic. If you haven't tried them you should.Great fries, burgers were made how I ordered and taste great. Also they're super friendly. :)Definitely going here again if I'm on this side of town.

Life changing and objectively awful. We ordered online. When I got there, the drive thru was closed and roped off. No indication that the store was open. I sat around wondering what to do for a while, because they had already charged us for the food.I called my wife to deliberate while I was there. It was dark. Eventually an employee emerged from the bushes like some kind of stalker. He approached my car while taking a long puff on his bright red cigarette. He coiled up the rope and threw it into the hedge, then went back inside. I pulled forward, and he answered in a depressed, monotone drawl that sapped the energy out of me."Welcome to Jack in the Box, how's your day going so far?" He clearly didn't care about the answer. This was the sound of a man who had completely lost his will to live.I told him I was picking up an online order. On an impulse, I decided to add a pineapple flavored shake. He told me the price (more than $6) and I pulled forward. While he was handing me the food, he started taking an order for the car behind me. "Welcome to Jack in the box, how's your day going so far?" He repeated. Those words were like a black hole -- an empty void that no light could penetrate. He was completely beyond hope.Whatever they asked for, I don't know. He said, "no we don't have that." Loudly, with the window open, he exclaimed, "God is dead, Nietzsche, we don't sell that here."He handed me my pineapple shake and asked for a credit card. He mumbled a few things about kids meals into his headset, and gave me back my card. No receipt.I wondered if I should drive off. After about fifteen seconds, he said "your card was declined." He seemed to not care whether I paid, but I handed him another credit card anyway, which worked. I drove away. The shake had crystalline bits of sugar in it and was cloyingly sweet, bordering on inedible. "Why do people like jack in the box?" I wondered.I got home and unpacked the rest of the food. The "buttery jack" was a very ordinary, flat, single patty sandwich. $7.49. It couldn't have demanded such a high premium at other fast food places. I opened up a box. Inside was a sloppy mess of jalapenos and yellow sauce on top of some kind of starch. Probably French fries. I started questioning my life choices. The next morning, my life lacked any sense of meaning or direction. I stopped dwelling on the consequences of my actions. They had no gravamen, they were not "mistakes." They were simply things that happened. I feel gross, but I have also never felt so much peace. Now I am a nihilist. In the absence of any greater reason or purpose, we might as well be kind, gentle, and understanding. Live with compassion. Especially toward people with terrible jobs.1/5 stars. I will never come back here. But since nothing matters, I am rating it 5/5 stars. Also, my life is changed forever.

Their food is great. Their hours are not always honored. This location is supposed to be open 24-hours and it's not always open probably because of short staffing.

I'm quite upset because I came all the way from Roy to get a number 7 large with curly fries and a milkshake and it says open 24 hours but low and behold there are people here but they have the drive thru blocked with flags so looks like no jack in the box for me tonight! ???

Best experience I've had at a jack in a box in a very long time... The girl at the drive through was very nice... I think her name was Laura.. she listened to what I was ordering and got my food exactly the way I wanted it .. and I waited for a very short time in line to get my food... I highly recommend going here over any other jack in a box in town

They were so nice and helpful. Very enthusiastic crew and staff. First time in a long time I felt so welcomed at a fast food restaurant

Worst jack in the box in the history of jack in the boxes. They like to close the drive thru hours before they close pretty much every single night. The night shift definitely seems irresponsible and careless. I wonder if the owner wonders why their sales go down tremendously every night ?
