Troy the manager was the most unpleasant, loud and rude manager I have ever had. While going in the drive through I am trying to give him my card and he is trying to give me all my drinks when my hands are full. Very impatient. He also talks over you in mid sentence. No manners such as thank you or apologizing for his poor behavior. We were very polite and patient as we noticed a line but he had no consideration and definitely took his frustrations out on his team members and customers
Update .. still love their for not happy with their "new hours" unless they of course mean 6 am - 12 am indicating they willing be closed from midnight till 6am. Anyways,, I'm sure they will still serve great food..I love Jack in the Box, always in the mood for their tacos lol. This last time I stopped by, I used the drive thru. 2 vehicles were in front of me. It took forever (this is not the usual case) when I made it to the window to pay, I only saw one employee taking care of dine in customers and the drive thru. I still give this place 5 stars. My orders have always been hot, fresh, and accurate. I hope they get more staffing to help out.
This Jack in the Box is still living with covid rules. It's middle March of 2022, nearly all the rules have been lifted and they still closed to walk in's. Tough luck if you want food and need the restroom.Edit to reply to the owner:You did not get and will not get my business. You also lost at least 3 other customers who wanted in when I was figuring out someone who not only cares about my safety, but also want my business. I went to Wendy's a mile or so down the road. They were not only open to walk-in's I also got amazing service and clean bathroom to use. Highly recommend it to anyone who wants superior food (in comparison to JitB) and a clean dining experience for a fast food joint.I gave the restaurant 3 stars for benefit of the doubt before owners reply. Downgrade after owners reply.Time to move on people. It's here to stay just like the flu and cold.
So, firstly, understand, I work at Dabella, which is just over the bridge from this Jack in the box [quite literally] - anyway, I got to this place, placed my order on the app, it took my money, and 5 minutes later I attempted going in to get my food. Door was locked. No problem, cause around back there was an employee taking a smoke break, MR. "bob" - a manager, according to his greasy, fat little name tag. So, I explained the situation to him. He 100% refused to give me my food, which, I understand company policies, "back door service" if you will, so, in an attempt to compromise, I asked if I walked to the drive thru window if he'd give me my food [cause the app took my money] and he told me no. So, I understand being understaffed, BUT just because I don't have a car to drive through the drive thru, doesn't mean you should refuse to give me the food the APP told me I could pickup in the lobby. Seriously, it's not rocket science. So, he told me to "have a great day" then went back in. After that, I decided to walk over the bridge to Arby's, cause they WILL let me walk through the drive thru, and before I could get there TIM ran up to me, with my food which I paid for! What an awesome guy, seriously, made my night! He told me he had to clock out, starting his 30 minute break just to get my food to me. I was taken back by the kindness and generosity Tim showed me tonight. I have no idea how someone like Bob even has a job. Well, someone has to do it, right?
My favorite fast food restaurant. Definitely try the ultimate breakfast sandwich or the ultimate cheeseburger. You can't go wrong with any choice you make.
I really like Jack in the Box but I'm getting really tired of not being to go inside the restaurant 2 dine in. Most everyone else allows for dining in. Come on Jack in the Box... Get with it!
Do not come to this location. I came here at midnight and they had me waiting in line for like 30 minutes and I only had like 2-3 cars in front of me and when i got my order ( 13 tacos ) they only gave me 10. DO NOT COME HERE
They are understaffed and can't follow simple orders. I have an onion intolerance and can't have spicy food. they gave me a spicy chicken cluckster with onion rings on it and spicy cluckster sauce.THX JACK IN THE BOX.P.S IF A JACK IN THE BOX UPPER MANAGER SEES THIS AND WANTS TO RESTORE MY FAITH IN THIS LOCATION IM ALL EARS.
Just came to this Jack in the box and the girl let us know that ther would be a wait due to being short staffed. We patiently waited for her to take our order and then to get to the window. By this point there was a huge line behind us and she was obviously stressed but handled it like a champ. I wish I would have gotten her name, the name on the receipt says Bob. I just wanna thank the wonderful staff at this store tonight and let them know that they did a great job despite being short staffed!
Great breakfast all day, only place in the area you can find breakfast, on the go, from a drive thu, after 10 or 10:30am, that's not really spicy.
