Recently placed an order for pick up for my wife and I. When I arrived the waitress not sure of her name, she was dressed in all black and black hair and cat eye make up in black, came out to my vehicle like she was supposed to. I rolled down my window happy to great her and she seemed instantly annoyed that I was there disturbing her. I gave her my name and she brought out my food and drink. I took the food and drink from her and said thank you very much and she just turned and walked away. I figured she was just having a bad day. So I left.When I got home only have of my 90.00 order was in the bag. Now I’m mad because I spent the money had rude service and now my food is missing. I hop in the car and drive back to the hops and drops and same girl is there. She doesn’t say a thing to me. I ask the speak to the manager. I forget his name but he was very nice. I explain that I came here to pick up my order about 16 minutes ago. He said oh what was the name Shane right. Oh it’s right here. Here you go. So now I got my food and now the waitress apologizes. It’s obvious at this point that nothing is going to be done to rectify the situation besides hand me my food. So I leave. No compensation for having to make two trips for a 90.00 order. We frequent here often but after tonight’s experience I think we will find a new establishment that can be polite and get our order right the first time. Only reason two starts for tonight’s service is because the manager did apologize and at least got me the rest of my food.
Just giving Andrew D a shout out for being a great server today! I am still drooling over my Cajun shrimp tacos which were all delicious! However my husband was not a big fan of his fish tacos, as on the menu it doesn’t state that they are fried. Typically they are grilled so he is a bit disappointed but it’s all good we live and learn! Over all it is a nice place! Thank you for having us!
If you haven't had the Kyle's Damn Good Sandwich, do so. It's the only turkey I've ever wanted more of.The fries are perfect for me. Just the right amount of crispy and soft with flavor.Their on tap variety is broad, and the Drops had just the right flavor to make you forget how much alcohol is in them.Add to all that friendly (but not too friendly) service, and the new remodel, to create a great dine in experience on a date. And in the evening a great place for a drink at the bar.
Hmmm... well. I went for a Christmas gift party so we had a group of 11. Overall, the experience was good. The drinks are a bit over priced and the food is just so-so. We all ordered at the same time but one person's food was forgotten and had to be rush made. Staff was apologetic and offered a 10% discount on that order. My friend was very embarrassed by the whole ordeal. Bottom line... I'd go again but it's not high on my list. It all the way across town for me and probably not worth the drive passed Red Robin or The Ram.
I'm giving this place 3 stars for the good customer service and cold beer. The fish and chips I ordered, I have had better at a pub. Anyone that has read my reviews, when I pay for food and this place is not cheap, I expect it to be better than what I can make.
Came here with my boyfriend for our first visit. We were served by Maddie. She did an excellent job making us feel welcome and made sure our service was up to par. She is an excellent server.The food and drinks here are great also! I was very impressed with the amount of service, excellent food and professionalism this restaurant has to offer. Prices are affordable also. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back :) A+++
Great food. Don't expect steaks cause I rarely see them on the menu. Still absolutely wonderful food worthy of. a family get together or dinner for two.I love the Mac and cheese entrees plus there street tacos.
I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The lemon drop lives up to the hype, and is worth the price. The mac and cheese is a favorite. But their burgers are good too. Word to the wary!! Their onion rings are CRUNCHY! Do not expect soft onion rings!!
This place is amazing. We are regulars. I am that oddball person who LOVED blue cheese and when I order the spicy chicken wrap, I love to hear the reactions from the staff members. The small jokes are what make the dining experience so personable and valued.
Wow,wow,wow.Food is 100% off the chain. Great sandwiches, burgers and appetizers. Now the beer is the best and cold as it can possibly be. Just wonderful staff.My to go place for real. Thanks guys. See ya soon.
