There are four employees working, three other customers, and we've been waiting a half hour for our food. The place is not busy at 1pm on a Saturday and this is unacceptable.
I went to the new store in Centralia and the food was excellent. I went to this location and ordered the same sandwich and was very disappointed. It was hard to find any meat on it. I'll stick with the other location.
Ordered three sandwiches (2 of which are hot steak and cheese sandwiches) from here through DoorDash, it took awhile for it to be picked up, so I requested to have them remade because I knew they would be cold. The response from them was that they weren’t going to remake it and if it wasn’t warm then to request a refund through doordash (which is about 25%) of the total cost. So when the food arrived, as I expected, the hot sandwiches were grossly cold and the cold sandwich was soggy and had a rotting tomato on it. Probably never going to buy from here again. It’s bad enough to have spoiled ingredients in the sandwich, but to refuse to remake them is outrageous. Spent $40 to get 2 poor quality sandwiches and 1 inedible sandwich. Got a $10 refund. So take this into consideration when deciding to eat at this location.
I decided to try something new and come here for a quick dinner, and I'm so glad I did! I got their new cuban bbq sub, and it was easily the best sub I've ever had (I am a huge jimmy johns fan, but I'd take the cuban bbq over it any day)! This is going to be my new go-to, I loved it
Sandwiches are spot on awesome consistently. Wish the service was a little faster...wait a while for walk-in busines. Love the mix r up beverage dispenser, that rocks. Only place I can make strawberry diet Dr. Pepper!!!
I eat at many firehouses. This one is the worst in terms of product. Sandwich was pathetic. It was less then half the meat I usually get and tons of untouched bread. Very disappointing and won't return after our 3rd bad experience.
First time trying sub sandwiches from this place. Very delicious! The bread was soft, fresh ingredients, and a hearty amount of meat. Definitely better than Subway or Jimmy John’s! I’ll have to come back and try more sandwich varieties.
My family went here today with high hopes. We walk in and there are 2 people already having sandwiches made, the guy making them got snarky and said order over there. We hadn't even looked at the menu yet. So ok we go to order. The girl behind the register had no idea what she was doing at all, got confused when I ordered a salad. The guy came to help and was really sarcastic about it. Never once were we asked to order drinks or combos. Everything we said confused the girl, we ordered 3 sandwiches 1 being a kids meal. After that ordeal was finally done we sat there for over a half an hr waiting for our food. Again we were now the only people in there. The ENTIRE half hour the girl was whining incredibly loud that the salad had too much stuff in it and she didn't want to make it. After about 30 min another family comes in and they are greeted warmly, asked questions and offered help with the menu. We finally get our food, they forgot my sons drink with his kids meal. We ask for it, again the girl looked like a deer in headlights. I didn't get a fork so I ask for that and was told "I didn't make your salad soooo". The guy wasn't wearing his mask correctly at all, plus the complaining from the girl we were just over it at this point. The sandwiches were cold and the salad that was so hard to make was a bowl of soaking wet lettuce with a few cucumber pieces on top.
I want in for lunch with my wife and found the establishment clean with friendly staff. They were quick to get us our food. Fantastic eats and staff. Y'all ladies were great!Rob (the guy tha5 was willing to call the Karen back)
First, I love what Firehouse Subs stands for and who they support. Order was really poorly made/checked for accuracy, one chili was 1/2 full, other 2/3. Sandwich was ordered with caramelized onions, none on sandwich, pickle spears ordered for both, none received. These items were not ordered during rush hour. Please Firehouse, check your orders.
