Farelli's might have a small parking lot, but they were big on flavor! We parked in the strip mall area of the lot near by and walked in. Staff was very quick to help us get situated with drinks. Never even let our cups get low the whole hour our family stayed too! Incredible service.Ordered 2 pizzas that provided unique combinations with a Big Mommas and Chicken Presto. Received free bread sticks, and enjoyed the option for spicier sticks here.Every bite was amazing, and couldn't believe we ate half of a pizza without hardly a breathe between us. If you gotta have great pizza, this is the spot! Can't wait to try the rest of the menu soon...

First time there. Drove 50 miles one way. Daughters pizza sat under the warming lights for 10 minutes. Two of us ordered spaghetti. I had one bite and that was too much. It was horrible. And one little piece of garlic bread??? My daughter at the toppings off of her pizza because the crust was totally burnt know the bottom. We took our spaghetti home but threw it away. Only thing I can say good about it was the salad dressing was exceptional. Generally I would have insisted on a remake of the pizza and told you that I couldn't eat the spaghetti, and not charge me for it.Then I had to drive 50 miles home. It was not even close to being worth it. And for 3 people ordering just that. It was an over $100 lunch before tip.Not going back.

Super bummed about this review. My family has loved this place for a family dinner, date night and to go's on Friday nights. Tonight after a long day at work we met here to have some of their delicious pizza and wings that we love so much.we got our salads, wings and drinks.... 45 minutes later no pizza.... another 20 minutes, still no pizza. We decided to get the check and call it a night. The waiter was apologetic but it was half full tables and I did not see the delay in getting our food. Grabbed frozen pizzas from safeway instead.

I regularly order food from Farrelli's, our family menu consists of pizza, pasta, and salad on a typical day. The food is great. The customer service is lacking. Each visit results in less than desirable interactions with the front desk staff. During one of my visits as I stood at the counter preparing to order, the lady answered the phone instead of speaking with me. She was on the phone for a good 10 minutes and it was inconvenient. Improved customer relations would give this restaurant 5 stars.

A manager by the name of Mike went to every length to make sure everything was perfect for us. Mike if you see this, you're the sole reason we'll be ordering Farrelli's exclusively for our pizza needs.Nothing but respect.Sincerely, guy that got the chocolate cake

We sat in the bar area. Pizza was tasty but seemed overpriced. No napkins or plates were brought until we asked for them, and then had to wait way too long for them to be brought to the table after the pizza arrived..The wait staff seemed to lack a sense of quick service and didn't check back to verify if we were doing good or needed/wanted anything else.

Usually I’m always happy when I’ve eaten here. Called in to pick up, 2 larges and a small was $88 and is probably some of the most sub par pizza I’ve ever had. I wouldn’t be to irritated if it was like $35. I mean come on, $88?

What does the picture below say? Order ANY 3 Pizzas and Get a 4th one of equal or lesser value free. That is what the photo says.As my Girlfriend and I were enjoying a couple of beers waiting for our 3 pizzas we ordered, we saw this on there T.V.We asked the manager for a 4th and she replied with "It is for 3 large pizzas and that the promo playing on their T.V. is a typo". A TYPO?!This happened yesterday at 2PM 11/26/2021.They did not honor this promotion and for that they lost 2 customers who really do enjoy their pizza.

Becca makes the best drinks, definitely try her Monkey Jam it is the bomb

Had some service issues (given the wrong time for pickup 3 or 4 times in a row; wound up waiting in my car for 45 minutes, after waiting 60 minutes to drive up in the first place). When we got the pizzas, they were barely warm, and almost room temperature when we got home.It was clearly an off night, which happens. Completely forgivable. Clearly that's not the service they're trying to provide. Everyone we interacted with was really kind; the staff is great. It was nobody's fault. Ultimately, I can't review this place well because after all of the headache of getting them in the first place, the pizza was disappointing for the price we paid. It was cold, with not a lot of toppings, and it just tasted bland. I don't know if that's part of the off night or not, but if I'm paying something like $32.00 for a 16" pie, I want it to be a really good pie.We might try them again sometime. Hope I have more positive to say in the future.
