Disgusting and gross!I am vacationing in WA to visit my Uncle, and I was in the shopping center and decided to order a smoothie. I decided on what to order, and while waiting in line I saw that there were tons of flies and gnats. I have no idea what their sanitation standard is but it looked disgusting and didn't want my smoothie contaminated by flies and gnats touching my food. I ended up walking out without ordering anything. Purely disgusting!
Ordered The Emerald smoothie and they added peanut butter though it was requested. Also did not have the Immunity support supplement. Ordered to açaí bowls one vegan. They out the lid that said vegan on the wrong bowl.
REALLY disappointing Health Nut Bowl. It was so full of ice it largely melted in the few minutes it took me to sit down and eat. The ice to fruit ratio was clearly off and I ended up drinking some of it and throwing the rest out.
Spilled my entire smoothie when I was getting into my car and I ran back inside for napkins and they made me an entire new smoothie. Everytime I come in they’re so nice but I appreciated this so much. Thanks guys
I enjoy their smoothies a lot, the one in Tumwater is really great and the staff is always so nice. Didn't get those vibes here unfortunately and my order was incorrect but I felt too uncomfortable the first time to go back ): maybe the girl was having a bad day or something but it really made me feel bad for ordering
The girls here are super helpful and kind. I would highly recommend coming here. They have lots of additional things you can add to your smoothie as well as vegan options if that's something you prefer.
The new employee Alexis is hard working which is rare & under appreciated these day. She moves non stop, greets everyone & does her best to get to everyone in a timely manner while still providing undivided attention to the customer in front of her regardless of her being a 1 person team & being slammed all the time at night during rush hour & closing. I know that pressure is tough but props to her for having a good attitude about it. The line was so stacked I felt bad cause some customers just are not patient or understanding. She deserves a raise & needs some back up. Good, reliable, hard working employees are hard to find these days.
Ordered a pickup, it was ready when I arrived, and it was even in the freezer so it didn't melt!

I have been to many different Emerald smoothies and this one & woodinville location are definitely my favorite!!! My drinks are always perfect. I’m not sure what the other ones are doing wrong but they don’t make drinks like this location!! Plus customer service is great here and they always remember my order!
