Not the best of experience. I ordered a burrito bowl. The rice was under cooked and a little crunchy. The woman making my bowl didn't take any care in layering the toppings to allow a little of everything throughout the whole bowl. My sour cream was just slopped to one side. When asking for my chicken topping I only got 6 peices total. When I asked about it they said if I wanted more I would have to pay for it. The last thing they put on the bowl was lettuce and I was to get a pinch. Going to a long while before I go back. With all the local taco trucks around, you get better options of way less money. Not recommended.
We had the worst meal at the Lacey location today. My chicken bowl had multiple big crunchy chunks of salt in it. It was salty to begin with so I had to throw it awayMy husbands was eatable but his portion size was a joke. We have never had such a nasty experience at a Chipotle before. Needless to say we will not go to the Lacey location again.The lemonade was good
Small portion of chicken, chicken was cold, rice was hard, beans were soggy, but they are generous with the salad to make the bowl seam bigger. Extremely disappointed with the 50$ + price!
Opens late but great service for door dash or just local dinning
found out I'm not a fan... no offense but got a grill chicken bowl with barely any chicken and the texture of mashed potatoes was Better than what I got. don't know why I didn't order from the many Mexicans resterants that I know every recipe is good is beyond me. never again.
Brown chunky guacamole, no lime in the cilantro lime rice and no ice tea in the dispenser. Very dirty floors and cross contamintion of food at the serving counter. The worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. I used to love chipotle but they have gone down hill over the last several years. It's time to move on. This will be my last review of chipotle. I will never eat here again.
Burrito was big and delicious... burrito was 12$ Not bad. It will cost you 15$ at taco bell to get the same amount of food that is a fraction of the quality...like this place.. definitely worth the 12$ I spent...unlike taco bell.
Great people who make great food. There's a lot of work that goes into making this deliciousness and I tip my hat to the people here.
This Chipotle has some really rude young teenagers working who aren't helpful or friendly. I had a really bad experience there and even wrote a complaint and said I wanted to be contacted but never was.
This is the first time I had Chipotle and was Not overjoyed and happy. I chose to try this location (Lacey Washington) since I was in the area. I ordered a bowl and I had to ask for rice 3 times before I got the amount I wanted. I got crunchy pieces for the smoked brisket that were not eatable, maybe 2 tablespoonfuls, AND they refused to give me a military discount. I will NEVER patron this location again.
