Lacey Chick-fil-A is amazing. We had a great time at the daddy daughter day. Everything was great as always!
Overall, delicious and hot (temp). I was very surprised we had to wait for our food to cool down. Only bad, and it's nothing over the top, was I asked for extra pickles and got a total of 4. ?
I am a big Chick-fil-A fan and genuinely appreciate the associates at this location. They are always friendly and helpful. 4 stars because my drive-through orders are always missing something.
Went inside to order carry out. The drive thru was empty as well as the lobby. Ordered the breakfast meal and 2 coffees and after paying our cashier, he immediately asked to take a 10 minute break and didn't make the coffees. No matter, we thought we would get them once the food was ready. The food took about 8 minutes to come up and a different person who bagged the meal asked if we got our coffees yet, to which we said no. He then proceeded to walk around and said "she's looking into it". We watched her walk, taking several trips to the back slowly, bringing the empty pot back and then coming to the front to get the coffee and a filter. It was then we were not informed, but could assume they had to make some which would take even longer. A few minutes later, the gentleman who bagged our food finally informed us we were waiting on some to be made and it would take "about 4 minutes". He then proceeded to go to the back and pour our coffee, which was not finished, making it very strong so it didn't taste great. Overall a completely avoidable and terrible experience. Manager called to see "what they can do to improve", which seems pretty easy for him to figure out given the details of the complaint. Also a phone call/conversation isn't a way to rectify the experience. Offering something to actually compensate for the meal and experience would be more impact full.
Great food! The chicken is real chunks of chicken... Not performed patties of ground up who knows what. The only 2 things they could improve on would be a larger menu selection and prices are a little high but all in all good food. And although the place was busy as can be (lined up clear to the street about 25 cars deep) they had 2 employees out taking orders on tablets which really facilitated moving cars through quickly. Being about 26th in line, I was through the line with food in less than 8 minutes.... Comparable to when you are 3rd in line at McDonald's.
Food is always great! Dining room had an incredibly long wait on food!! Almost 20 minutes and no one is managing the foot traffic inside the restaurant. All trash cans overflowing and not a single person wiping down tables, not one staff member out in dining room. This place is busy and needs a dedicated dining room employee who does running food out and cleaning and maintenance of dining room dozens of people inside during the whole time while waiting on food.
I come here twice a month and I've always had a good experience. Love the vibe and the employees seem happy. I was disappointed that I didn't get my sauce with grilled chicken club, but its okay. I also didn't get a "my pleasure" when I said thank you for my food. Chic Fil A is all about that.
First time visit for me; found out what all the fuss is about. Chicken, usually fried, quite tasty and such. I was not as enthused about their fries, but milkshakes were also excellent. About as good as fast food gets, if you can stand the lines for drive through or brave dining in.
Creamy salsa dressing was ordered and comes with the salad, not avocado lime ranch. Get it together people, stop rushing and get it right the first time.
I hit up chick-fil-a for the first time and understand the hype a little better now. A large, clean restaurant with abundant seating. A friendly and knowledgeable staff, and excellent chicken sandwiches AND the cross cut fries!!! This place rocks and I generally don't like fast food.
