No inside dining so drive up only. Service was SLOW only 1 person ahead of us in drive up, took like 20 minutes. Food was not good. Meat tasted a bit burnt, the pickle actually came through the top bun. The jalapeño bites & onion rings had a terrible after taste. And honeys fish sandwich tasted like dirty grease.Cold day in hell before I go back to any burger king after that.
They got our order right, it didn't take forever (maybe 10 minutes) and it was late so that was all good. The problem is that the back drive thru, dumpster, freezer and drive thru median area is OVER RUN WITH RATS!! While we waited for our order no less then THIRTY were running around EVERYWHERE--I would have left had I not already paid. It was DISGUSTING--I will NEVER stop here again! The dumpster is 10 feet from the actual restaurant --if there are that many outside YOU KNOW they are inside! AND there was no sign, no bait boxes nothing to show they were trying to fix the problem. This place needs to be shut down until the problem is taken care of!
I think they should open the doors to the customer I wanted to buy food I had to stand in line as if I had a car The girl never attended me I walked to where you pay and she gave you the food I asked her what she wanted to order she told me wait she never attended me she left me 15 minutes waiting for other people who brought a car to attend I think they should value their customers in my opinion I will not buy anything again
Stopped in for 2 cheese burgers. They looked like they were made a head of time. The hamburger was cold. Cheese not melted and the bun cold. I was expecting a fresh cooked hot cheese burger. I will NOT stop in again.
Car in front of me sat for over ten minutes before someone took their order. I pulled up and sat for about a minute and I finally say hello? The guy says he'd be with me in a minute. I too ended up sitting for about 10 minutes before he came back. At this point I have sat and waited over 20 minutes for someone to take my order. At this point I was done and told him no customer should have to sit that long and I was no longer ordering. Check your cameras and you will see for yourself. You just lost a bi-weekly customer.
I love this Burger King and the employee named Colin is the best not making me feel stupid for walking on foot through a drive-thru window to order in a rainstorm a simple meal. He was genuine friendly and professional and a valued asset to your company. I reviewed many places and far more elaborate than Burger King but you know what hands down that was the best customer service I've had in years thank you.
A lot of Burger King's food is lacking. Their chicken sandwiches are dry. Their nuggets are second rate. However, the Whopper and all the other burgers taste great! Burger King also has really great fries! The Surge is also much appreciated!
Worst service ever! Every time I have been here in the past year they have completely messed up my order. I have yet to get a burger I ordered the way I want it the first time, I always have to go back. They do not ever pay attention. Whopper with cheese no tomato no pickle... how hard is that? I'd rather drive to Yelm.
I've had bad fast food before but this was the worst. Person taking the order was obviously "put out" for having to do so. EVERYTHING in our order was cold/old. Asked for cheese, no cheese. Asked for no onions, got onions. Worse part...no one else was there so not rushed or crowded. Dining room closed so can't go in and get it corrected. Would have to go through drive thru again and not only wait but deal with the gal who was so annoyed with us ordering the first time. So frustrating!
I always get the rodeo chicken Jr sandwich which isn't on the menu and can be confusing when ordered, one time they gave me a regular chicken Jr, i called, and they brought my sandwich to my car so I didn't have to drive thru the line again.
