While I like Burger King and generally have no complaints, this location really disappointed me. My son went to get his dinner and called me to say he forgot his wallet here. I used the app to order him a Bacon King Combo, Large and paid for it online. He told them that he was there to pick up the order I had just placed. 30 minutes LATER, they asked him what he was waiting for! THEN they made his order! AFTER serving over a dozen people who came in AFTER I placed his order! The staff here apparently doesn't think online orders, PREPAID, are important! Management needs to explain to the staff that when a customer says they are there to pick up an order, they need to prepare it THEN! NOT a half-hour LATER!

My hash browns were Cold and I asked to have them fresh and hot,but they didn't do what I asked them to do at all.

Pulled up & ordered. They got the order correct, from here it fell apart. 3 vehicles in front of me last night & as I was pulling up to the pay window, I saw the manager sitting at table eating saying something loud to the blond chick behind the registers, {They were very slow}still awaiting vehicles to move forward, I finally got up to the window. The whoppers were ice cold, the onion rings were not cooked through enough and the water tasted like bleach. The cost was $ 18.07 for 2 whoppers, 1 small onion ring and small water. I will never be back to this crappy joint. Plus no receipt in bag.

Burger king...... just nope... make them at home. Fast food makes you fat and lazy and gives you heart attacks, let's not be fat and lazy and have heart attacks... I didnt actually go to burger king. Just the same parking lot. Burger king smells like old greasy feet. Stinks up the neighborhood.

If you really bad service and a grumpy employee just head to this drive-through. We swung by around 12:30pm on Monday the 3rd and placed our order. It fairly simple and included a kids meal with nuggets. When we got to the window the person manning it was standoffish and didn't even acknowledge my.husnand when he asked her what drive-through k she was handing him. Ok, some people don't talk much, no biggie we will just sniff our drinks to find out. Once we got our food I checked it like we normally would and noticed that our kids meal didn't come with sauce so my husband asked for 1 sauce. The woman tried to charge him .27 cents for the sauce. We let her know that we got nuggets and no sauce. She was visually upset over our request but got.us the sauce anyway. She didn't give us straws either, so we had.to ask for those. Again she was mad that she had to walk over to.the straws to.get.us some.This was the worst Buger King drive through experience ever. It's usually slow but to have a ride worker being mad at us just for ordering and asking for what we should have already gotten was ridiculous.

My fiancé was there 30 mins ago and the girl in the drive thru gave him a coffee and didn’t even put the lid on. And she handed it to him then shut the window. I just called when he got home to talk to them and the manager on duty says I don’t want this to sound bad but I looked up the order and it was at 4:56 why is he waiting until now to say something……I work in fast food and I’ve never told anyone that.

They ALWAYS mess up my order. If my kids didn't like it, I'd never go back.Seriously, a double bacon crossandwich and you forget the eggs, go back through the drive-thru and watch them screw it up, AGAIN!??!Cold fries, so much ketchup on a burger that it looks like it hemmoraged, and don't get me started on the chicken (which ill never buy again - you don't need to be a line cook to know when its undercooked).

The service was so so at best. Not friendly at all. Evidently they are one of the locations that don't give senior discounts. The food was hot and tasty until I chewed on a long hair on my sandwich. That was the capper for a bad experience. I won't go back to this location any time soon.

I live in the apartments literally a minute from this location. I can honestly say I've never had an issue with this BK. Always friendly employees. Sometimes you can tell if they appear a bit burnt out but that's no fault of their own.One time I could hear them jamming out in the kitchen to their own music...hey I do it too! There's nothing wrong with that either.My order is always correct and my fiance is a picky eater so the order is never really easy. I don't get charged for the sauces typically.The workers are only human. So the little gripes on the reviews are irrelevant to me.

The crew here is doing a great job. My receipt code wouldn't work online 4 the survey so we post the good news here instead. Efficient, professional and personable. That's why we keep coming back. Oh yeah the food's great too!
