Horrible management. I was employed here for about a year. I got mistreated and harassed by two different coworkers and manager did nothing about it . Also the manager talked about me behind my back to other coworkers threatening to fire me from having a 108 degree temperature for 8 days . Absolutely immature and childish. Also He got upset with another employee for being pregnant and sick .. she ended up quiting .
I have never in my life experienced such poor service trying to get ice cream. I felt so rushed and was given a second scoop that I didn’t even pick. The young girl behind the counter had the biggest attitude and obviously hates her job as it was very clear. When I tried to give her some feedback she did not want to acknowledge it. I asked to speak to the manager who basically was there the whole entire time and he backed her up. I left very irritated and noticed I paid for an extra scoop of ice cream that I never picked so I called the store to have them give me an explanation of why? The obnoxious boy rambled on and on and asked me If I was the “Karen,” who was just there? He tried to egg it on and kept calling me Karen to antagonize me. This place needs to find better employees because I have never experienced such disrespect and these kids truly should be let go. This particular Baskin Robbins will shut down soon enough if they treat customers this way. They definitely lost my business and I will never step foot in another one again. Apparently, the manager is named “Sam?” But who knows if he was telling the truth. I will be calling on Monday morning and will take this to corporate.
Had an excellent experience at this branch! It was my kid's first experience with Baskin Robins and the gentleman serving ice cream made it a potent experience. I didn't catch his name but he was taller, irish-colored hair/skin & substantial in density. Thank you for the kindness and professionalism. We'll most definitely be back!
amazing customer service
Had the open sign OFF at 9:10pm when it closes at 10pm Didn't treat us very nice, and forgot sprinkles. All in all, didn't like it. Get new closers that are happy to have customers and make money!!P.s ice cream was bomb though ?

I casually went to the counter and asked the young man for a hot fudge shake he quickly blurted " I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS." I said oh im sorry its hot fudge ice cream and milk I think and showed him a webpage showing what iy is he then repeated himself " I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS , WE HAVE 41 DIFFERENT FLAVORS OF ICE CREAM ,SO I DONT KNOW WHAT THAT IS." I ended it by saying just give me chocolate. At least this particular server could use a little more customer service training.
