Today I got King's Hawaiian fish sandwich. Next time I will order it on an onion roll. Not necessarily a fan of the sweet bun. The lobby is still closed even though mask mandates have been lifted. It's very annoying not to have access to the lobby. In addition I did not like the spiel I got to donate to the Boys & Girls Club. A quick and simple would you like to round up would be much better.
They’ve been “drive through only” for far too long. Here’s a tip Arby’s— if you’re still having staffing issues.. then pay your workers more.
Ordered 2 for $6 classic roast beef with a 4 piece mozzarella sticks. Got one bacon swiss chicken sandwich, curly fries and the 4 piece mozzarella sticks. At least the mozzarella sticks were good. Sad that's the only thing from my lunch I could eat though ?
I like Arbys and the Olympia one is FAR faster, better service and don’t have to wait 20 minutes in the line… BEFORE getting to the menu to place my order. Enough said; Lacey = Ghetto
Due to the pandemic, inside was closed and the line took forever to get up to the window to receive your food. On a scale of 1 to 10 I give it a four ,the food was good as ever.
Love their fish sandwiches (when they offer them which is only occasionally). The staff are pleasant and always offer condiments and utensils.
Arby's Staff is Awesome, hard workers who make Delicious tasting food & the presentation of the food is Great also!!! Thanks so much Lacey Arby's for hiring good quality staff!!!!
I first want to state that I love Arby's & have never been disappointed in the food at any location. I depend on the store hours posted on their doors & Google Maps to be correct. THIS location seems to make up the hours they feel like working DAILY. I have seen people inside during hours that they should be open & when questioned, they claim that they can't update their posted hours. I ALWAYS get an Attitude from them. Today we went through at 5:20pm, it was closed with people inside & when we asked if the Olympia Arby's had the same hours they, said yes. Called the Olympia Arby's to confirm & THEY WERE OPEN. This location needs training in customer service & clear messaging for what hours we can expect them to be open. Would recommend going to another location.
Went today at 5pm. Only 3 cars in front of me in the drive thru but the line wasn't moving. Took 15 minutes to get to the order box. Then while paying the cashier was clearly frustrated and feeling overwhelmed, she was hitting herself in the head and seemed frazzled. I get my order, start to drive away and realize food is missing. I call the store and they run it out because there was no way I was gonna wait in the line again (25 minutes total for FAST food). I get home, my fries are all half full, no sauce that I asked for, wrong slider, and no kids juice. What a waste of money!
Waited in line in the pouring rain, drive through for my favorites. Cashier was very friendly and efficient but after I pulled away discovered that my brisket sandwich and curly fries were cold. I usually enjoy Arbies and will go back.
